you need to say when the store is closed on the map came to get a computer fixed and all they did was have a paper on the door saying they were closed cause of issues and the doors locked wasted gas for nothing

They are very busy with wait lines. I personally would have saved a lot of time if the sales person had better listened.
Still far better than anything Tmobile offers. I opted for Mint Mobile.
I went into store today to buy a new TV, I've been there before and I was making up my mind on which TV to buy, the previous salesman was in there today, ( he represents LGE) not best buy as he pointed out to me on a previous time in the store, I don't like LGE anymore and want to buy another brand, well today he ignored me and was playing on his phone ! Just because I don't want LGE he ignored me this time, he wasn't well groomed and I think if you represent a brand you should look the part? I tried repeatedly to call the store manager after I got home, but it transfered to another store, many employees was standing around on their phones ,why couldn't you answer? I called corporate and I got an AI that hung up on me when I said it was a complaint I was calling about! So I had no other way to post my experience, I wanted to buy from a store to put money into my community, now I will buy from my old stand by AMAZON! THANK YOU BEST BUY!

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had inside of a Best Buy store I can’t believe it’s a new store location and you can never find an employee that wants to help and when you do the manager or shift lead pulls them away I was inside the east Peoria location for almost an hour looking for an employee to help me so I could buy a new TV and the second I find an employee to help me the manager decided to pull him away and when I asked for her help she told me it was not her area of expertise even though I knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t have 500 questions I just needed help bringing it to the front so I could pay for it and maybe some help putting it in my car
