I purchased an Aluratek Digital Photo Frame from Best Buy, and it turned out to be broken in the box. Took it back to the store for replacement, and the response was "this is outside of our return policy" (I've only had it for two weeks). Apparently I have to contact the manufacturer for any issues. Tried to contact Aluratek support, no response. So, this is a $150 paper weight that Best Buy sold me. I will NEVER buy from them EVER again!

Bought a TV. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff
We came in to shop for a computer, surge protector, printer, ink, etc and Lia Flowers came over to help us. She didn't rush us and answered every question we had in language we could understand. We ended up purchasing an HP computer the first day and came back the next day and Lia helped us again and we purchased Home Office 2024 and a surge protector. She is an Excellent employee with exceptional customer service
I’ve had Eve twice now, with problems in the Peoria, IL Best Buy. Shes really a great employee. She’s in customer service, and made sure that both of my problems were solved.
