East Peoria/Peoria store does not honor the prices listed on their sales tags. I went to purchase two items on July 12th and at checkout the price was $20 higher than the amount on the sales tags. It is not a customer's fault the store didn't update the prices. And this store isn't a busy location by any means, more employees than customers in there. I requested a manager anfmd the store 'advisor' refused. Amazon got my business.

Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to share this with us. We understand when making a purchase, finding that the item rings up for a higher price than expected, isn't ideal.
As long as the product indicated on the tag is the one being purchased, this typically should be honored, but we'd like to review it further with you. Please send a private message on one of our social media platforms, Facebook (https://bby.me/1bdCfG), Twitter/X (https://bby.me/XCfYhi), or Instagram (https://bby.me/CRGqEQ), and mention your "Google review #187378" in your message.
Workers treated me like I was stealing instead of as a customer. When I had just picked up an order the previous day.

Great experience here; well laid out, stocked, and bin-tagged. Sales was on the floor and engaging the guests; very knowledgeable, familiar with the store layout, and upsetting. Nice!!!
