Do not order online to pick up at store. They are stealing your money. Bank account charged twice for same item and all they can say is here’s a code number and id number dispute with your bank. Take your business elsewhere where your money isn’t being stolen. And then being told it’s your problem.

In today's world where customer service is non existent, my Mother in law and I the absolute best service today in Peoria's Best Buy with Tara in the cell phone area. We went to B.B. to look at the Jitterbug phone for my Mother in Law, who has dementia. As we were looking, Tara happened to be walking in with her lunch. She set her lunch aside and began helping us. She helped us every step of the way making my Mother in law feel confident and myself and the rest of the family feeling like this was the best choice for her. We cannot thank enoughTara for her kindness and compassion. It did not go unnoticed.
