Worst experience I have ever had , they delivered my tv yesterday and when I went to take it out of the package, the screen was cracked. It was open box but was in perfect shape at the store when I purchased it. They damaged it when packaging it or delivering it. They would only offer to send it to geek squad for repairs or give us a $100 off new one which would be $200 more to pay over what we purchased the open box for. Manager was not understanding at all and could care less that we returned the TV and the other $1200 in sound system. Never going back.

Very poor customer service. Took the cable in we needed. The kid walked way ahead of us and brought us the wrong thing. I told him it was wrong and his reply was "That's all we got" and walked away!!!!! No help whatsoever!!!

Failed to show up to install a TV twice. Lied about the cancellation reason, and continued to give me the runaround. I cancelled and found a local handman on facebook to do it same day and for half and they did it very professionally.

It’s a clip joint. Sold me a defective laptop. Tried to return it and they didn’t have any functioning ones. So I upgraded for $400. And then I asked them to prove that the new one worked. They did, then said, “Oh, that’s $40 extra”. Not sure it’s a safe environment either.
