Typical retail for the current economy. Stood at the mobile counter for 20m while the ONLY associate in phones was helping another customer with a new phone. I realize he was busy but retail 101 is too at least acknowledge your waiting customer.
No acknowledgement, no manager watching their floor for customers needing help. We went up customer service to see if maybe geek squad could help, and was told he's the only one working in phones today. Not what do you need, let me get a manager, how can I help, nothing but he's the only one in phones today.
I guess I'll cancel my annual GSBT tech support.
Went in knowing nothing about what I was looking for and the guy who helped me was very helpful I didn't get his name but he did a great job
Like a big Wal mart electronics section. Just sad.
