Another disappointing Best Buy experience. Purchased the Next TV Dock for my Switch 2. Determined that the dock is defective, could not get a signal from the dock to my TV. Returned the Next to this store. The check out person said in store credit would be issued, I accepted. A few minutes pass and the check out persons manager informs me that this particular Next product has been recalled by the Next vendor. And because of this recall there return system will not allow them to perform in store credit.
I was told to take this up with Next, and to have a nice day.
Best buy sells me a product that is defective, tells me theres been a recall, and tells me, you are on your own.
Best Buy obviously doesn't want me shopping their stores. I hear you loud and clear, I'll go elsewhere.
Oh. This very product still remains on their shelf, witnessed today. What's the likelihood the cashier will inform the customer that this is issue is active?
