I placed an online order at Best Buy and picked it up quickly. The process was efficient, and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Excellent service.
Went to buy new printer cable. A trainee ask if need help told him what I needed he said they don't sell since printers come with cable. I asked to talk to manager he said that there wasn't any thing manager could do. Since he wouldn't get manager left. This 2nd time had bad experience at this location. Guess they don't need business. Won't return will go elsewhere.

employees are useless and don't know anything about electronics
Had purchased a television and after four days it just quit working, I returned it to a different best buy took the TV in with my receipt told them what happened, no issues they took the non-working television and gave me another brand new one in the box whole transaction was less than 15 minutes.
