Store is always out of stock. Store Manager Scott has a smug attitude and talks down to his customers. I will not be shopping there again.

Well, to start off I have been a longtime customer of this Best Buy and have had nothing but good things to say about Best Buy in the past. I recently purchased a new monitor “Samsung odyssey ark” along with there top of the line gaming desktop roughly $5500 for everything, which I don’t game but use this type of computer for my estimating software. Yesterday the monitor shut off and would not turn back on so I loaded this up and went to Best Buy as they have always taken care of me. I walked in and told them my issue he looks it up and says yeah there’s nothing we can do you bought this 3 months ago and you’ll have to go through Samsung. I was shocked as I have never had an encounter like this and I felt like I bought a car from a shady used car salesman. He didn’t give two s#^ts about me and I explained to him that I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars here and I have never been treated this way. I couldn’t believe he wouldn’t even look at it as it may have been a simple fix but he didn’t care. So I left and called Samsung for assistance which they said they would send a tech out under warranty in about a week and half. Which this is my work computer and I can’t wait a week and a half to have this resolved. So I head back to this Best Buy cause now I need another monitor which the first one was $2000, I walked in asked for the manager and here comes the same guy I met the first time. I was shocked that this extremely rude person was the manager I spoke with earlier, so now I explain the situation and tell him I need another monitor for two weeks or so till Samsung can fix mine which I may need to return cause he would help me with my current one he said “yeah only 14days” I can not believe this and they have now lost another customer permanently.
