I normally have very positive experiences at Best Buy on Colorado Blvd, and most of the staff during my visit were professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, one experience at the front checkout really changed the tone of the visit.
The young pregnant cashier working the front register was rude, dismissive, vulgar, and offensive in the way she spoke and interacted with customers. It was disappointing because the rest of the team represented the store very well and treated people respectfully.
I hate seeing an entire store’s reputation affected by the behavior of one individual, especially when the majority of the employees were courteous and professional. I hope management addresses it because customer service consistency matters.
Tried to call the store, 7pm on a sunday. Been on hold for 20 minutes after AI gave me a hard time because AI thinks it can answer my question. Anyway, I know there is plenty of staff at the store and they are not busy at this time on a holiday. So it's frustrating to be blocked by AI to actually get help.
Best buy knows how to run stores and I like going to stores, but not phone service or AI, these are 0 star services.

Thank you for sharing this experience with us, Pete. Store calls get automatically routed to our Customer Care Center. The idea is to alleviate the store from the phones, to help all of our in-person visitors. This is not the feeling we want for our customers, and we would like to know how we can help resolve your current situation. We'd like to get this reviewed for you further.
