Tuesday, August 26, 2025, about 7:30 pm. I entered the store with the intent to purchase a new MacBook and possibly a case and bag. I was greeted and told if I had questions or needed help to let them know. While looking at computers 2 younger male customers hovered steps behind me looking at the same models, when I decided on a computer and began to look for an associate they nearly walked into me trying to get to the model computers. I had scaned the code and pulled up the model I desired and I walked over to the greeter and asked for help obtaining the computer, they told me, it's in the computing section, I said I know, I just picked it out. I need help getting it, there is no one over there. To which they sighed and said "I guess I'll try and get someone over there". I walked back to wait for an associate. As I am waiting, those same 2 men walked back with an associate and began picking out their computer. I asked if the associate came over due to the walkie call from the greeter, to which he replied no my walkie is dead, and informed him I had been waiting and was here before those men, to which he replied "there is only 3 of here" without looking at me, and he continued helping the people who arrived after I did. I left. This was the last straw for best buy. They already have a limited selection and accessories that are ridiculously overpriced. I will no longer be a customer of this company and will be discouraging my friends and family from shopping here as well.
