I had my gaming laptop serviced by Best Buy Geek Squad under warranty, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After the battery replacement, I received my laptop back in a condition that was unacceptable for a product of its price and value. Not only was the laptop returned to me with missing screws and a screen cover plug, but there were noticeable scratches and fingerprints all over the internals, indicating a lack of care and professionalism during handling. It’s disheartening to see how little regard was given to the physical condition of my device. I had expected much better, especially from a company with such a large reputation. Frankly, I would recommend watching a reliable YouTube tutorial and attempting a repair yourself over trusting Geek Squad with your expensive, delicate electronics. The lack of attention to detail and respect for my laptop was truly disappointing but they're a big store so I should have anticipated how much they wouldnt care about the individual customer.
