Man. Today will be the last day I stepped into this specific best buy. Today I went in for a wireless keyboard. They dnt cole.cheap so had intended on getting a top end one. But as with every other visit I get ignored even pushed away from looking at products by someone helping someone else. Leaves me feeling like not only do I not deserve their service but im.not even able to shop in store. The last trip I made a few weeks ago was for a TV for my ps5 went wandered around the TV area for a solid 20 min picked out two TV had to go to the phone department to get help and of course told to wait and help never came. My experience before that I got an open box controller with insane amounts of stick drift. The trip before that I got a set of astro headphones that literally broke the same day the mic came off. I even tried to buy a new headphone that same day of better quality (since the employee himself told me.their products are going down hill) couldn't get help that day either so ended up at Walmart (pretty sad when ur happier at Walmart then best buy) so again have to say will never walk back into this best buy. Ill.drive to Denver micro center before I put myself through that kind of treatment. I'm a paying customer and I dnt expect a red carpet rolled out but it's super sad when the only person that might speak to u on ur visit is the security at the door saying bye. I hope people read this and stop going as well we need to stop supporting these places if they treat us this way let's go support our mom and pops sure they dnt meet some prices but u get to keep ur dignity as u shop

A very nice and clean Best Buy. My only complaint is the same with all Best Buy stores in 2025: almost no one works there. I had to go to the one person working registers to ask for help at the headphones area. He did call for someone, and it took about 5 minutes for them to show up and they were helpful, but it shouldn't be that hard to get someone to help you. The store looked to have about 5 employees total.
