How do I check product availability at the First Main Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Brianna in cellular service has the worst attitude of any Best Buy store I have ever been in. I will drive out of my way to the other store to not have to deal with her. Stay away.

Love having to talk to a machine and describe why im calling, just to get connected to a person who then asks the same questions. Not everything needs to be automated..

Can I place a 0 star review? I phoned to ask geek squad if they could perform a tedious computer service and how much and timeframe estimate for such service- they should best know. . I got AI that took time to get through... then connected to someone for appt setting who may not have been in this country. I explained if I could speak w geek squad to ASK it helps before even appt setting... this store is southeast colorado springs. I had to go from SE colorado Springs to pick up daughter and equipment. And then drive her back to the SE Colorado Springs store for any appointment and computer for this service. WE WERE OFFERED NO CHOICE TO SPEAK WITH TECHNICIAN. upon arrival to accepted appt we asked the question yo the tech we could have asked by phone and were told they dont or cant do it. It was a 5min interaction. Did not need to see computer at all. So since could not speak with technician we wasted the day driving to and fro. It isnt a good experience for this customer service.
