My husband went in to dispute a charge on a credit card charge that he didn't give permission to use. The 2 girls at register could not help him and then one started to ignore him. They asked if he wanted to talk to a manager, he said yes. The one came back and said both managers are busy and cant help you so go call this number to see if they can help. That is a very poor way to run your store if managers are not willing to even talk to people. Or these 2 girls that didn't know anything or the one that started to ignore him. Best Buy do BETTER!! ALSO, dont run cards with a charge if the person is not giving you the authorization!! That is Fraudulent!!
I took my computer in to have a cracked screen replaced. They serviced my computer and even helped me get a manufacturer warranty in place before I paid for the repair so it would be more cost effective for me.
