I love coming her I always get my computers and TV from this picticular place. I love getting my friends and family to come here I hardly have any bad experience and I met some amazing long term pals here. However I have encountered hardship the other week. I was so excited I found a laptop that has everything I wanted and needed. I told the sellsman I'm a little tight on money but w tax let's see what it was he looked it up and said around 270ish ok deal it's a laptop I wanted and it's black.perfect. I go home open it and it's a different color,I bring it back a day or 2 and I was told by same guy, oops it has gone up. It was over 300$ the best manager can do is 299$ I get it but here I was set to pay 270ish for something I was looking forward so bad. Money isn't easy to come by so I was extremely upset. So my suggestion is make stressful sure u tell them what u want and make sure u have right one before u leave

Geek Squad service is honestly terrible. Search on Reddit — you’ll see many people waited over 100 days to get their devices back. No customer should have to wait that long, let alone receive their PC in worse condition. I highly recommend using uBreakiFix or Asurion instead — they have much faster turnaround times and treat customers with more respect.
