Adquirí el micrófono Shure MV7 Plus en Best Buy el 30 de octubre, con altas expectativas. Sin embargo, el micrófono presentó problemas de captura de audio, con cortes constantes. Intenté resolverlo por mi cuenta, pero no tuve éxito.
Al intentar la devolución el 25 de noviembre, es decir, 26 días después de la compra, me encontré con que Best Buy solo ofrece 14 días de retorno, algo que no estaba claramente indicado en ningún lado.
Esta falta de transparencia y la escasa atención al cliente contrastan con otras tiendas como Walmart o Micro Center, que ofrecen 30 días de retorno sin preguntas. Incluso el fabricante del micrófono también brinda 30 días.
En resumen, mi experiencia con Best Buy fue decepcionante y, por ello, no lo recomiendo.
