Always pretty good. I've bought a lot of electronics from there. The staggering is almsot always really helpful, too.
First time at Best Buy since I’m just visiting the US. Honestly kinda fascinating experience.
Walked in ready to buy a few things, spent 30 mins instead discovering how hard it is to get help in a store full of employees. One guy told me “someone’s coming” guess what nobody came. Asked another one later, same NPC response. Meanwhile they were on their phones or talking to each other while avoiding eye contact like customers were an inconvenience.
There was already a woman waiting when I arrived, then another customer joined. In the end all 3 of us just left.
At this point online shopping + AI support already feels more useful and efficient tbh. At least AI answers you instead of scrolling on a phone while pretending not to see customers.
Also maybe no need to spend so much on Google Ads to appear first if this is the in-store experience people get once they actually come.
Gran variedad de artículos. Los costos NO son más baratos que en México
