Pretty easy to pick up items. You get a locker if you don’t want to interact with people. Nat from geek squad was really patient in answering all my questions and broke it down for me so I could understand and don’t make me feel dumb. The ones with blue shirts always are really friendly and approachable. Not all locations are lovely like this one but bunker hill Bestbuy is one of the best

WORSE STORE - Asked for a manager and once I did asked the manager for help he was not helpful at all!! No wonder people aren’t going to stores anymore and rather buy on Amazon. Today is 05/05/25 7:00pm

Sold me a product that would’ve caused a house fire 🔥, per the installer on May 3rd, 2025. Visited The Woodlands Best Buy and they told me to come back on Sunday to get the refund. Came back to The Woodlands on Sunday and they said the product was not scanned in and to come back Monday. Manager told me to come to the closer Best Buy on Monday off I-10. The manager Gaige told me they could only give me half the cash back and the rest with a check in the mail. I paid cash and was told I would get full cash refund by 2 different managers at The Woodlands. Best Buy has wasted 6 days of my time and continues to disappoint and give me my cash back.
