Nasty attitude at the guest center when you first walk in! Tariq has a horrible attitude! He looks at you real rude as if you disturbed him at his house, he got mad because as a woman I asked him could I get assistance with getting a TV out of my vehicle to return he made me wait at least 20 mins claiming to call someone i came back in another gentleman was there whom had slightly a little more respect but seemed lost called for someone, i told him if there is no one available i could try an drag it out myself ( being i was already in pain and heading to the er right after) whom in the end turned out to be Tariq walks past me with a attitude goes out the door snatching on the trunk lever. I stood and watched because it's extremely unprofessional and disrespectful! He storms back in asking can I open the trunk! He's standing with another young guy whom was respectful he's pulling on the TV box not caring about anything else in my trunk and walks off! He's unprofessional lacks respect no sense of customer service! If he's greeting customers or lack there of, as he did me. This will actually make some people leave and go somewhere else. He doesn't know what someone might be going through or he doesn't know what someone might be coming to purchase or he could be missing out on a blessing you never know who you are coming in contact with! Be mindful be respectful be kind be courteous BE RESPECTFUL!! Your at work not the club or your home!!
Terrible customer service. I bought three of wireless charging units online. I called the store to confirm they were acutally in stock. The store said yes. I go over to the store to pick up the units and they only had one. Instead of trying to mitigate the situation, the store representative said "I don't know what to tell you" and brushed me off. His manager ended up coming to assist, but had the pretty much the same attitude. It's crazy these people are employed.

Ignored and even asked for helped and sat for 10 minutes before I left. Asked individual employees and they wouldn’t help.
