Deliverd my desktop computer to insall microsoft office 365 to the geeksquad, they texted me that my computer was ready, but after asking what was done, he went into the backroom to check. It turns out nothing was done as he claimed the microsoft web page was down.
That might be true but the computer was there for 3 days and not likly the webpage was down that long.
Anyhow they just closed the order, not informing me that nothing was done before asking.
Totally worthless service and will definitly cancel the subscription which is almost 200 a year.

Geek Squad moves slow at this location. Had a scheduled appointment and still stood in line for an hour. They don't communicate well or update you like said.
