Me amd my husband went to buy new phone from this location, the manager called gaige didn't give us any respect as a member of best buy ,absolutely bad experience and horrible manager I've ever seen ,so disrespectful

I wanted a laptop, checked online and saw it’s available at this store. Went there but was told by a sales (Chris) it’s not available. He also told me to go to another store quite a distance away. Not sure if I was given the correct info, I came home and checked online again, also called the Bunker Hill store and found out they had quite a few in stock. So I went to the Bunker Hill store again, talked to a couple other sales, and it’s indeed available. When I saw Chris again and asked why he was telling me otherwise, he blamed it on the system. Should I give him the benefit of the doubt? Or maybe someone was playing a prank with customers on the job?
