they sold two geed squad memberships for the same service . I bought a portable apple and i needed to tranfer my imac files in the new one
they messed up my new apple
I cancelled membership But i did not cancel both memberships because they don’t inform me ,
So they tricked me twice they sold same service twice and they did not cancelled them when i requested them to do so
They keep charging on my credit card and i keep disputing the charges Today an agent of best buy told me about the two memberships numbers for the same service I am disputing the charges of 2026
I am asking best to reimburse all two year for the amount of $398
it is almost fraudulent what they do!

No customer service whatsoever. Tall white blonde guy recommended me the wrong product. He was lazy. He needs to get fired.
Staff members just stand there talking to each other instead of helping customers!!!
I'm going to get to the bottom of this issue and make sure that guy gets fired!!!
