Why are the sales representatives so stuck up and unhelpful? I drove an hour just to buy a new tv from Best buy but they couldn't even answer the most basic questions like what's the difference between OLED and qled ? What does 4k stand for? Is an insignia a decent tv? I left and went to Walmart and lo and behold the guy in electronics actually had answers for my questions. Best buy why are y'all rude? Very poor experience.
I am writing to commend the outstanding service I received from Marisa at the Best Buy location in Amarillo on Tuesday October 30th.
I had a complex return, a product defect with my LG dishwasher. I also had an issue with my BestBuy Total Membership. After trying to resolve the issue, I asked for a manager, and Marisa was the person who assisted me.
Marisa, "listened patiently to my entire story," "quickly took ownership of the problem," or "explained the company policy clearly and with empathy”. What really impressed me was her ability to go above and beyond to offer a fair and quick solution and to find a creative way to resolve my unique situation.
Because of Marisa’s professionalism and dedication, the issue was resolved smoothly and efficiently. This level of care and customer focus is a testament to her leadership. My experience turned from a frustrating one into a completely positive one.
