Difficult to get a person on the phone, once you do they aren't actually at your local store location, and that person who isn't physically at the store location sounds like they don't have a very good mastery of the English language. So I never could figure out if you had the 30 radios the company I work for needed but that's okay ill just wait 3 days for Amazon to ship them sense you can't be bothered to have a store associate answer a phone.

We brought Insignia freezer online on Aug 28, 2025 and picked it up from Best Buy Amarillo on Sep 2, 2025. We drove 2 hours from Tucumcari to Amarillo to pick it up and the box looked ok. When we opened the box the next day, we found out there was a big dent underneath the freezer. We reported this to Nawaz Best Buy CS and sent the photos but there was no solution nor compensation, apart from he was asking us to return the freezer which means we had to drive 4 hours in total. There was no flexibility even to have it shipped back, etc. I tried to send email to Best Buy Amarillo management contacts listed online, however no one responded. Today it marked the 15 days since we brought the freezer, I must say the whole experience quite disappointing and make me feel frustrated.

Zero customer service or sales floor people. I went to look for a new laptop and the only employee in the area was sitting at a counter playing on his phone. In more than a half an hour on the sales floor, exactly zero people asked me if they could help. The first word from any best buy employee was the security person at the exit. For a chain that is struggling with competition against online retailers, it would sure make sense to pay a little attention to people who walk through the door. I'm ording my laptop online tonight. Not from Best Buy!
