Excelente atención y Buen Servicio
Went to pickup an item purchased online. The website said they had multiple ones in stock. When I arrived to pick it up, they didn't have it. Manager arrogantly said it wasn't his problem, and that he can't do anything about the online ordering. Yet they charged my card and I have to wait a week for a refund. They should not be charging people until they check out with the item at the pickup desk. They stole my funds and didn't produce the product that was advertised to be in stock. No apologies. It just wasn't his problem.

Best buy is an adult electronic store. Stay away it's addicting and I love their products
Switching to an AI operated answering service and not allowing anyone through to speak to an associate directly at the store in Amarillo is the dumbest move I think y’all could ever make.
