There customer service is horrible. You have to go looking for an associate if you need help with something. The shelves are empty.
Every time I need to pick up some wired headphones I dread coming here. It should be a 15 min errand MAX, instead it turns into an hour just waiting to get some help from employees who can unlock the accessory cabinet. It’s ridiculous, I asked two employees they just throw me around to someone else, and some employees are just walking around doing nothing. I literally got embarrassed after I called a blue shirt twice and he pretended not to hear me so I just left. UGH SO ANNOYING PLEASE DO BETTER.
