Called Best Buy for some information! My gosh u guys need a new automated phone system this one didn’t understood a thing I was saying she repiedently says(I Didn’t get that) very frustrating! Then the Second Lady came on the phone ,think she wasent a robot! She talked as slow as a snell crawles, I myself had to ask her ( excuse me can u tell me again , can’t understand anything’!)anyways I hope gigg squad be able to fix the problem on my phone!!

We visited this Best Buy in Amarillo, Texas looking for a charging cable and was able to find one, friendly staff, large store, well organized. it is close to a nearby mall, easy to find parking and easy to get back on the road

Went to get a cellphone cover for my phone found a cover I liked even though there’s not big selection. The cover fit my phone they told me it was a display and it’s not for sale the employee was rude. Definitely won’t go back.
