it was not an issue at all. Now that the washer had a mess up which was the latch I called they came out within a week and did the prognosis which I already knew was the latch and also mentioned in the work order like it said so they could pre order the part. That didn't happen whatever we get the latch ordered then I wait all day for them to show up on the given time just to have to call MYSELF and ask what the issue was, they informed me no one was coming because I live out of town and that it would cause some issues. So then I rescheduled just for them to reschedule 4 TIMES. It's been since March I haven't had a washer that I paid $500 for plus $300 warranty that isn't worth anything. Went into the store to see if I could just get a refund just for the guy to tell me I need to reschedule the work order and if they think it's fixable they will fix it if not then I maybe could get a refund depending on the third party service guy!!!. When I expressed straight up that they suck the guy was visibly upset and told me to leave after I told another customer not to buy anything there. Like WHAT A JOKE!!!! Please save your money and time
