I recently purchased a 75-inch TV from Best Buy, and within just two days, black splotches began forming along the edges of the screen. Initially, they were small and I thought I could live with them, but over the next few weeks, the issue became significantly worse—so much so that it was distracting and took away from the viewing experience.
I contacted Best Buy and was told over the phone that I could return the TV with all original components for a refund. After the hassle of disconnecting, loading, and transporting the large TV back to the store, I was surprised to be told—after a brief inspection—that there was nothing they could do. No refund, no exchange, no resolution.
Not only was it a frustrating waste of time and effort, but I also felt incredibly let down as a loyal customer. I’ve made multiple purchases through Best Buy in the past and even opened a store credit card. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer feel confident buying electronics from Best Buy and will be looking elsewhere in the future
When in the store and I waited over 30 minutes to purchase Appliance and no one would even come and ask me if I needed help
