Wanted to know which Ryzen cpu they had currently in stock at this location. The website might say they have it but that isn't entirely true.
Instead I had to deal with an automated machine which sent me to a helpdesk. Then I had to have them contact the store to ask for me... a 2 min conversation turned into 10+.

Went into a Best Buy for the first time in probably a decade to flip a new battery into my iPhone 13 mini. Upon arrival I was told that 9 times out of 10 the screen cracks when you change the battery in a 13 mini, and if that were to happen I would need to pay for a new screen in addition to a new battery. Immediately canceled the appointment and went to a different place across town who had a clue. Best Buy sucks.
