Tried returning something only had for 18 days. No go. Last purchase from Best buy. They marketed this piece ok smart watch. I ordered 2 based on their marketing. I tried one and tried returning the second watch I had planned to give to my son but the watch doesn't work that great. I took the one still on box with plastic wrapped and I could not exchange this product because it was 3 days past 2 weeks. If I had known online orders have to be returned in 2 weeks, I would have never ordered 2. So, this message it to Best buy. That watch is the last purchase I will ever make from your company. I could have ordered the same watch from Amazon and had a larger return window. Maybe you should have a popup telling your customers that the return window is 2 weeks so we can modify our order accordingly.
