Great return policy, but they are getting rid of pennies here. I'm out 5 cents for using cash. Kinda annoying.

I recently purchased a drone from this store, but the first one had battery issues and would not hold a charge. I returned it and paid an additional $169 for a more expensive model, bringing the total purchase to around $400.
When I got to my car, I noticed the box was torn, so I opened it to inspect the drone. It appeared that the drone had already been used or flown before, and there was visible damage to the unit. I immediately returned to the store and returned it.
I would recommend that the store inspect returned merchandise more carefully before placing it back on the shelf. When customers purchase a product advertised as new, they should receive a genuinely new item, not one that has already been opened, used, or damaged.
This experience was very disappointing. Because of the quality issues with both drones I purchased, I will not be returning to this store for future drone purchases and will be taking my business elsewhere.
