How do I check product availability at the Lubbock Best Buy?

Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Needed to have an iPhone battery replaced and was told I would receive a call in 2-3 hours when it was done. 4 hours later and no call so I tried to call the store but could only get through to a call center that told me the phone was still in repair which I could see from the website. When I got to the store about 5 hours after I dropped it off, they told me the data was probably erased because of a software error and it would be another 15 minutes. Turns out the phone was already finished who knows how long ago and they had mixed us up with another person’s phone. This store is extremely disorganized.
