How do I check product availability at the Lubbock Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

Had a remote start installed on my vehicle here just over 3 months ago. The break switch doesn't work anymore and the alarm now goes off everytime I use it. Contacted bestbuy customer support that was a nightmare. Was told it would be another $100 for them to look at it because it was past 30days. Its a wiring issue that came up because of their install. Having a hard time recommending anything from them at this point until its fixed. No way I should have to pay them to fix their mistakes.

I went with a friend just to show her the best TVs. I brought my husband a TV and it is the best. Now she wants one. Sony glass picture clear. Go and check the different in picture quantity. They are happy to explain and help in anyway.

I ordered a Apple Watch with AirPod pro 3 and case and energizer charging station and I ordered it Oct 2 and I picked up 3 items out of the 4 the Apple Watch s 11 was supposed to be there Oct 8 and heard nothing from them I called and spoke to the customer service who was rude and no help and I went to the store where the lady told me it was there and it was cause of a verification and that’s wasn’t the issue at all the other girl said it was because it was still in transit and told me they would get a truck in 10/9/25 and to come back at 6 and they would see if it was there so I showed up at 7 to give them time to get it figured out than I talked to a manager who went to find it he said it had to been on a ghost truck whatever that ment and he took a picture of my account and phone number and said he would call and let me know something either lastnight or this morning here it is 7:32 pm on Oct 10th and heard nothing no one knows where my watch is! So idk what is gnna happen I keep getting the run around with no one to help! Get my watch to me very dissatisfied with Best Buy I use to love buying from ur company but I won’t anymore I did reach out on insta!

Great customer service. I hadnt been there before. I went to pick up an order. It was rather large. I went to get a cart and he said no we'll do that for you. I felt special. Not used to be treated so well.
