Pick up process was fast and efficient
Bought a TV through Amazon and was able to pick it up there. Quick and easy
It's fine, but the lack of geek squad personnel is ridiculous. Why have an appointment reservation time if you won't be seen for 30+ minutes?
3 people working and 5 desks available, then it'll drop down to 2 working.
