Look, I am not a gift card buying guy. Theast 5 orn10 yearsbot takes away what you put actual thought or feeling into a gif. Personally cmon with that card $$. Lol. So this past week I have not been in a best buy for years. I went. Never enjoyed long lines and Christmas out before Halloween. I owe a apology to Best Buy. Clean welcomed and acknowledged open clutter free all staff was staying busy wellbstocked no empty shelves. Then there they were. Gift card heaven. So just 2 cards THIS visit. The cashier was....now I've been in the restraunt industry 36 years. I know exactly to create smiles positive google reviews and repeat business. May I say. If someone can find out who she is. As honestly just who she is. Yiu cannot train smiles. Genuine interest engaged and started different topics and conversation. As soon actually before I got the register she already had me. Smiles eye contact concern of my experience. Yeah yeah ok ok. I've seen it before. What was rare and a lost direct reason why some may even be offended and will never come back. To finish with this....She was happy this wasn't just a paycheck. As my guests come to pay for a service...well that's my job...1 way to go through the motions and say next in line please. Or what I experienced and what I know separates even myself from a majority of current stagg and management. The glow the dealer as soon as you meet any doubts and misconceptions and last time I was here this happened. No no no. She was exactly not even close to any of that. She was more than an employee she was my neighbor a friend a helper empathtic and set the the short time we would engage to already have my next visit to Best Buy a promise. That my friends is excellence and just good old fashioned guest first service. Congragulations and I am very jealous that you found her before she could have came and worked for my guests. Took my laptop here to get it fixed, and they took all of my stickers off of it without telling me, both outside and inside. Some of those stickers were made by my dead grandmother, and I can't get them back, which makes me so sad because those are some of the last things I have from her. It was also extremely sticky all over when I got it back, and all of the workers at the store were so rude.
