I have had great experiences with this location due to the sales employees. They have been super knowledgeable and great to work with.
That being said, geek squad was pretty much the extreme opposite. I brought my phone in for an AppleCare battery replacement, which when I called last week was told they can’t do it in store, and had to ship it off. Because of this, and the fact that I use my phone to control a medical device and cannot be without it, I bought an old used phone to use during this battery replacement. When I went into the store today I was told they could do it, which I was happy about, but that also meant that I spent several hundred dollars on a new phone, as well as had to set up and reconfigure my medical device completely to work with the new phone when they could’ve just done it in store.
Then when I went in store, it was about 30-45 minutes of sitting down while paperwork was filled out, then he ran into an issue and had to fill it out a second or third time, felt like he didn’t know where to go on my phone to find applications (there’s a search bar on Apple that makes it super easy), and at the end of it, my battery replacement from Apple , which was supposed to be free (I confirmed before this and after this Best Buy visit directly with Apple), was going to cost me 100 dollars. Felt like there was no knowledge of their systems and just outright aversion to trying to figure out why I was getting charged as he was too busy wanting to get to the next customer.
Now I’m stuck doing mail in service via Apple and going without my phone for 5+ days.
Completely unprofessional and at this point I will just go with another store for my electronics needs.
TLDR - would’ve been better to save time, effort, and gas money to just send to Apple. I will not use Best Buy for any Apple/electronics products anymore.

Fun fact: they offer a geek squad team for second-hand like new equipment and repairing.
It is sometimes quite chilling just to browsing around their store looking at which equipment is the latest arrived.
I wish I could give the Geek Squad 0 stars. Don't ever waste your time going here- Everyone was completely rude and unhelpful. Worst customer service of my life. So condescending and unhelpful. You're better off going to AT&T or driving to Dallas for an Apple Store as opposed to this.
