I had a great experience purchasing a new printer with Best Buy of Evansville! Matt with HP was awsome!!! He made this a great and enjoyable experience. No stress or confusion. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. He answered every question thoroughly leaving no doubts. He went the extra mile in every way that he could. He was awesome, great experience and I feel thoroughly informed and no doubts in my decisions. Great Job!
Went to buy SD card reader to transfer photos to my phone. Item was $19.99 tagged @ the shelf but rang up for $27.99. When I told employee checking me out he responded probably misplaced. He scanned the code on the box to show me it was $27.99. I went back to the shelf and matched the item code to the price indicator of $19.99. I waent back and he was busy so I told the customer service at the next register. She asked to see my photo and remarked that was quite a difference (almost 60% more) but did not offer to price match it. Needless to say I did not buy it. I like to support local and big box but not that way. Be careful!
Caleb responded to respond bavk through social media but I do not use social media. So Caleb if you want this incident documented further you will have to give me an email. By the way, I have a picture of the price tag on the shelf.

I like to shop for my pc parts at best buy to support brick and mortar stores instead of buying online. A little over a month ago I purchased a graphics card and a new monitor, spending over $1k.
My 1 star review is not due to this specific store or it’s staff. Staff here is helpful and attentive. My issue is with Best Buy’s price guarantee policy. The graphics card I purchased went on sale for around $150 less than what I paid. Unfortunately best buy only has a 15 day price guarantee/return window on graphics cards.
It would go a long way towards retaining and gaining new customers vs those same customers purchasing from Amazon if they would price match their own lower prices within a 60 day or even 30 day window.
