Well they don't know much about apple computer they told us that we had to buy a keyboard 179.00 and a mouse it was 100 for that plus the computer and it was 1300 well we get home to set it up and the mouse and keyboard was in the box with computer so 279.00 wasn't needed

I recently purchased a very nice camera Nikon Z50 11 $1,300.00 the sales representative also sold me a memory card $35.00 when I went to insert the memory card the camera said it did not recognize it, so I went to a Best Buy in Franklin IN and purchased the correct memory card for $150.00. When I got back in town Evansville IN I went to Best Buy they refused to refund me for selling me the wrong card because it had been past 14 days. They had me call customer service they told me the store should not have told me to call them. Who do you call. No one was of any help to me. I have never written a review before but I want everyone to know how Best Buy treats there customers.

Bought an LG monitor for 1,300 that was not on sale. The monitor went out. They shipped it off because I had the warranty on it. I paid for that warranty. They told me the motherboard was bad from the factory. I wanted the same monitor but now it is 400 more and they want me to pay the difference. I just want what I paid for it should not matter that they jacked the price up on it.
