Bought a open box (excellent condition) and they loaded it into my truck and I asked them for the remote and power cord. They said its in the bubble wrap of the tv. Well get it home and guess what no remote or power cord. Total RIP OFF!!! BEWARE!!!
UPDATE!! Installed the TV at my home and guess what the screen is cracked. Talked to Best Buy customer service 800 number and they are contacting the store to have the store manager to call me. (We shall see if they call).
