Not a great experience whenever I have to go to bestbuy. Staff isn't always super knowledgeable and please do not use geek squad. I've heard too many horror stories.

Avoid Best Buy, definitely avoid Geek Squad protection. They lie and give you the runaround concerning getting replacement parts even though you have Geek Squad coverage. The Fort Wayne Northcrest store is horrible. When forced to call their help # someone with a foreign accent is nasty.

I take my son to get a new gaming monitor the spec tags was all wrong and miss placed. When the sales person was asked about a monitor we was told it was a 240hrz for 500. My son almost bout it till I told him to read the specs on the box him self, when I said that I could see the look on the sales person face. I could tell he was lying, sure enough it was only a 165hrtz. They are layers and crooks
