I came in to get the Nintendo switch for my spouse as a gift. I am new to it so I wanted to make the best purchase. I went by three departments of many employees that didn’t ask me if I needed help. I finally stopped and said “can someone help me find this game system and what goes with it? I’m new to this.” The first guy said “it’s down that isle” and pointed. The second guy took a deep breath like I was wasting his time and walked me over and pointed and walked away. I had so many questions! I finally said thank you for your help and left and I got my spouse the brand new Nintendo switch that came out this week from Game Stop. They were SO helpful and answered every single question I had down to the silly stuff and walked me through even how to use it! I will never shop at Best Buy again. I will share this story with all of my friends who need electronics.

Long review I know, but bear with me. I have been a loyal best buy customer for many years, and I always love the selection, deals, and quality of products.
I also have used the best buy total coverage for the past 2 years and I am SO thankful for this and the amazing employees of the Northcrest best buy location.
Our brand new washing machine broke down without warning, just suddenly a brick. After dealing with the manufacturers warranty process for over a month, we were left with a washer that still didn't work.
Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with the manager Bobby L, who was super compassionate and helpful. He spent over 20 minutes on the phone to get us taken care of, and we could not be more thankful for Bobby's efforts as well as Best Buy. Thanks to you all, we will have laundry again this week!! We are so thankful!
