Terrible service and a total disrespect for the customer's time. The "ready in one hour" sign is a complete lie; I waited for over an hour and a half and nobody bothered to tell me anything. When I asked for an explanation, the customer service employee called the supposed manager (a Latino supervisor), and all he did was lie straight to my face, telling me my order was under "fraud verification" just to get me out of there—which I proved was a lie because I called Best Buy's general customer service line and they confirmed my order was completely fine. They simply hadn't even picked or touched my order the whole time out of sheer laziness or ineptitude! I had to change my pickup to a different store because of their terrible attitude. I do not recommend picking up orders here at all.

Stood around with no help, went to ask someone for help, she ignored me completely and while I said, “excuse me, maam?”, kept walking away. Then she and another 3 employees passed me again, when I tried to get their attention they kept ignoring me

If I could give this store 10 stars I would 🥰🫶🏾 I have not received such good customer service in so long it was VERY refreshing to have not 1 but multiple employees eager to help! I was searching high and low for the portable Hotspot. They were all sold out at EVERY Best Buy I went to near me. This stores teamwork is unmatched the way they tagged team this task!!! Thank you guys for such a GREAT moment that I was so stressed about when I walked in🫶🏾
