I called this store to ask if a specific PlayStation trade-in promotion was still applicable. The person I spoke to claimed that he couldn't tell me, he only assured me that I would get "a great deal" on my trade-in, then he proceeded to give me the phone number to a Best Buy that is slightly closer to where I live. I asked him what they could tell me that he isn't telling me. He said I should specifically ask to talk to "The Geek Squad". I even told him that it's an 80 mile round trip for me so there was a genuine reason for me to find out this information beforehand. Bottom line, he was just too lazy to look up the information I requested. I'm so glad I called, now I can find some joy in making my PlayStation transaction ANYWHERE other than Best Buy. 😂👌
Unfriendly. I felt invisible.
Come to expect poor customer service all Best Buys. Thank God I don't need to go back.
