Not what they used to be At All!!!!
Futuristic I been living in the dinosaur 🦕 ages 🤣
I bought a TCL 55-inch TV on sale just four months ago. Now the screen flickers constantly and there’s a brown-tinted bar running down one side. There’s zero physical damage—this is clearly a manufacturer defect. But instead of being able to bring it back to the store and have it handled properly, I’m forced to deal with TCL’s customer service, which seems more interested in dodging responsibility than actually helping.
If Best Buy isn’t willing to stand behind the products they sell, then maybe it’s time they follow the path of Circuit City and become another cautionary tale in retail history.

Hello and thanks for reaching out on Google, William.
We understand the frustration when your TV stops working properly after a few months of ownership. While manufacturer's defects are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, as that warranty is provided by the manufacturer, it is fulfilled by the manufacturer. We do offer Best Buy and Geek Squad protections plans at the time of purchase that offer additional support options through Best Buy.
