First the pros: it's conveniently located and their inventory is usually pretty good. You can check online before you go to see if they have it in stock at your location or where you can go. Man I'll tell you what: there may have been 10 people working the whole store. I did get asked if I needed any help at first and I said no but I will in a minute because I was looking to buy a new laptop. I found the one I wanted and there was no one around: no one behind the Geek Bar counter, no one in Computers that works there. Looking around for blue shirts, I had to wave my arms for the camera and I just yelled, "Hello” just to try to get some attention. It still took about 5 or 6 minutes before someone came over and found that laptop that I wanted to buy. That's a little frustrating. However I got the laptop I needed and they had it in stock so good on them but they lose 2 stars for their customer service

My husband and I visited this location twice within the past month and had the pleasure of meeting several different staff members. Everyone was absolutely awesome! We upgraded our phones and had a great experience both times. Great customer service, great people, and such a welcoming environment! We’ll definitely make this our go-to location for future upgrades!

I always come to buy whatever I can at this store, but lately this month I've encountered very irritated, annoyed workers who have apparently lost their patience. They've been amazing to me in the past, I hope they can resolve any issues ❤️

Shady business tactics and inept sales staff ensure your purchase from best buy will be as costly as possible. Go anywhere else to buy electronics. Do not be tempted to buy from them no matter the deals or promotions they promise. They will lie to get the sale, and mess up the financing and credit app so you get charged interest. I'll never go to Best Buy again.
