Stopped by to pick up a vacuum cleaner. The store was clean well-organized and the staff was helpful. I found exactly what I needed, and checkout was quick and easy.

Picked up a 85 inch TV for a job barely fit in my F-150 long bed they will deliver to site but you can't wait till the last day the day before the jobs needed to go to the job if the guy would have just had to order to the side and then a whole lot easier but that's why I did a wonderful job

I paid $150 online for a dash cam installation service and waited an entire week without receiving any appointment, update, or communication. After waiting all that time, I drove to this store expecting them to honor the service I had already paid for. Instead, I was told they had no technician available. When I asked for a refund, they refused, claiming they couldn’t refund me because the payment was made online. To make matters even worse, the staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, they treated me with disrespect and even attempted to have me removed from the store. Taking a customer’s money, failing to provide the promised service, refusing to issue a refund, and then treating the customer this way is completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I will never do business with this company again, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before paying for services here.
