Best Buy Castleton

Bought a monitor that doesn't work and paid for the 4 year warranty for it. Instead of being able to replace it, I have to give it to Geek Squad for them to try and fix it which the manager said" they won't be able to do and then we will give you a gift card to replace it." Then waited for 10 minutes to try and drop it off at geek squad just to run out of time and have to leave and come back. Shouldn't be this hard to replace a defective product. Edit to review: offered a solution via social media which isn't helpful as I don't have social media.

Very poor selection,prices way too high,and you cant get any help to save your life...we have came here 3 times to make a major purchase,either out of stock,or you cant get any help...buy what you need online,don't waste your time going here..

Terrible service and a total disrespect for the customer's time. The "ready in one hour" sign is a complete lie; I waited for over an hour and a half and nobody bothered to tell me anything. When I asked for an explanation, the customer service employee called the supposed manager (a Latino supervisor), and all he did was lie straight to my face, telling me my order was under "fraud verification" just to get me out of there—which I proved was a lie because I called Best Buy's general customer service line and they confirmed my order was completely fine. They simply hadn't even picked or touched my order the whole time out of sheer laziness or ineptitude! I had to change my pickup to a different store because of their terrible attitude. I do not recommend picking up orders here at all.
