Verizon customer at Best Buy helped me with my cell phone. Thank you guys
Two polar opposite experiences in one day—staff training and personality here is spotty and varied at this location. One young girl was helpful and could smile and look at you when you spoke. Later we had to return the TV and the guy at the register couldn’t speak or look at you. I asked are you ready for my card…. No reply for a long time then he said “now” and pointed. Very non verbal. He didn’t ask if we wanted to exchange it …just proceed the return—I guess We were done, who knows based on the human interactions?
I purchased a few things from Best Buy, with my credit card on line, however, I returned an item and Best Buy will not refund my money back on my credit card for 30 days, A BUNCH OF BOLOGNA I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM BEST BUY, I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY RETURNED IMMEDIATELY JUST AS YOU ALL WOULD LIKE UR CUSTOMERS TO PAY AS SOON AS WE BUY OR ORDER, #7612394046# BBY01-8070590960149881868
Very helpful and knowledgeable when I was purchasing a gaming headset
