Good knowledgeable workers but cashiers seem slim and low compared to floor workers so slow checkout for some with one cashier for 4 to 5 people.

Idk what it is if its the luck of the draw but every piece of electronics i have bought from here is TRASH. I read instructions, i watch videos, and everything is always defective. I’m gonna be returning things from now on. I used to deal with it but i am starting to think bestbuy has bad products.

Don't buy tvs from best buys they have 15 day replacement warranty. Ours lasted 1 month, now have to deal with the manufacturer.that sucks!
