Amazing! Love best buy and cant wait to go back
I purchased a brand new 65in tv from this location on February 26! When I opened the tv days later I realized there were key components missing, like the power cord, remote, stand legs and tv guide! I immediately notified Best Buy. Finally they give me just a power cord, I get home plug the tv in, it comes on, the whole screen is broken. I’ll post a photo below. I called them again just for them to tell me I’m outside of their 15 day policy for returns/exchanges, despite the item being defective and not usable from the start. I am requesting a full refund or replacement for this defective product!! I have also contacted the BBB to help handle this matter. This store is being very unreasonable and I refuse to let them get away with this!!! The tv was not cheap and I don’t like wasting money!!

Found my breville Bambino! Everyone else was out of stock, Target, Walmart. Their inventory wasn’t accurate. Not Best Buy! They always have good service and their inventory is accurate!
