Me encanta Best Buy, pero una chica que se llama Emely vendiendo Internet es tan fastidiosa. Nos ofreció Internet de AT&T y le dijimos que no porque teníamos una mala experiencia, y nos dijo que no nos preocupáramos, que ella nos aseguraba que esta vez sería diferente porque ya no era con AT&T, que no tendríamos ningún problema porque era Internet de AT&T directamente de Best Buy. Y me metió en un problema que después me tocó andar llamando, y ella bien fresca cuando le llamé y le dije, "Oye, Emely, tengo problemas con el Internet, no me lo han venido a conectar". Me dijo ella, "Pues no es mi problema, si tanto te importa, llama tú a AT&T".
No one welcomed me , no one asked me if I needed help, been waiting on appointment check in been here for 1hour 30 minutes at Geek Squad and I’m still in line ! Wow yall need to hire better staff and more staff too! Also she talks a lot, she’s too busy having conversations and that’s probably why she takes long with each customer she needs to focus on solving the problem rather than talking. If she likes talking so much she should work elsewhere
So thankful for Ricky with the Geek Squad who was able to solve the issue with my phone’s sim! He was so patient- even trying to help other customers in between. I was impressed by his ability to juggle multiple customers at once while maintaining a level-head. Excellent customer service.
