Some guy named Jesus at this location should be fired for the way he prohibited the sale of Best Buy products to a customer. He didn’t prohibit them from being in the store but told other workers to not allow the purchase of certain items. This is my neighborhood Best Buy and I would hate to have to take my business else where.

This store has a great selection, especially of open box items. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I came in to purchase a laptop. One associate started helping me, then passed me on to another-- who started helping me. Then she said she was going to "check something". Ten minutes later, I see her walking around, helping someone else. I left and purchased my computer on Amazon.
