Una tienda gigante, con ofertas muy especiales, busca con tiempo.
Spoke with an associate, she added me to the queue. Said I should browse until im searched. Waited 20 min. No one located me. Associates were attending others, but some other ones were what I thought available, but I guess they weren't. Left.
Had an associate named Ava Jade help me in purchasing a phone. Very helpful and fast, all around D1 worker. Will be back soon.
I purchased a Samsung ultra 25 yesterday. Since I didn't have my credit card they asked for my license which I didn't realize they kept. I live in a different city and I called the store number. Unfortunately, I got customer service and I ended up talking to Edgar who had a terrible attitude. I was trying to ask Edgar if he could verify if my license was at the store location but he hung up on me.I called back and then asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to Syed the customer service manager Syed was useless and told me to drive back 3.5 hours. No one could verify if my license was there and if it was there they said they would not mail it.
