Worst customer service ever!! NO ONE around to help. Had to ask people at front door to find someone to help me. When sales person came around, was very disinterested in helping. Bought a new phone and was told geek squad would help me transfer info. Well, geek squad said the mobile people would walk me thru the transfer process. Went back to mobile place and original sales lady said she didn't have time to help. WTH!!! What has happened to customer service???? Very unhappy with Corpus Christi Best Buy!!!!!
I bought the geek squad protection plan with a purchase of a PS5 a year ago. The controller for the unit would no longer hold a charge, so I went in for a controller replacement as per the plan I paid for. Talk about the most convoluted mess I've ever come across, waiting on a new controller come arrive via mail in days, weeks, who knows. What happened to customer service being about the customer these days? Would it have been a hot mess to swap one for one in the store and have the tech store handle the mail? Seems pretty backwards.
they don't have anything in stock. cameras are not available so you're asking me how was my trip to Best buy before when you would go to Best buy. they had everything in line for you. now you have one person 50 people trying to wait for that one person. they need more people working there
