Will never do business with best buy again ordered a product in store 7 days ago and never received any info on it so I tried to call my local store to figure out what's going on but can you do that no you absolutely can't it directs you to customer service so I proceed to tell them I haven't received my order and they proceed to tell me that the cashier put it in the computer that she sold me the product in store and I was never gonna receive it here's the kicker can you fix it over the phone NO CAN YOU CONTACT YOUR LOCAL STORE NO I'm forced to drive there have to wake up my kids and drive all the way to the best buy it bought it from that's the only way no one can fix it over the phone who ever made this decision in corporate around the round table deserves to be fired so I proceed to the store and they watch security cameras because I could be lying then the supervisor proceeded to tell me it's not that big of a deal it's just some TV lights your right it's not a big deal for you because your not the one that didn't receive there product for 7 days then be forced to drive to the store because you can't call any one and have to wake up 3 kids to go fix a best buy screw up so I have to drive to fix your mess never ever again will I step foot in this store or any other if I could call corporate to file a complaint I would poor poor customer service

Good prices, super cold actually, the chick. Filet Resturant was the biggest draw that day located on same shopping center as the chik. Filet? Note. People do not yield here so always be prepared to stop. Also it rains about 21 days a year here in CORPUS. S UF ITS RAINING PULL OVER AND HAVE A NICE LUNCH. YOULL BE GLAS U DID.

Better off ordering online, if you go in employees don't know what is in stock and don't look or bother. However ordering online for pick up is very quick, easy, and done well.
