I stopped by Best Buy today to purchase an Apple Pencil for my iPad and left very disappointed with the customer service. I was approached by an Apple representative named Perla, and right from the start, her tone and attitude came across as rude and dismissive, making me feel belittled for asking a basic question. As someone representing Apple at this location, I expected professionalism and courtesy, but instead, I was met with the opposite. Thankfully, another employee, who had witnessed the interaction, stepped in to assist me and was far more helpful and respectful. I also witnessed Perla speaking in the same unkind manner to an elderly couple who asked for her help, which was especially disheartening. I truly hope management addresses this and ensures all customers are treated with patience, respect, and kindness in the future. You’re better off shopping at a different best buy for better customer service experience.
