Your average Best Buy experience: good service, fair to good prices, excellent products. Gotta love the Geek Squad.
Horrible!! One star is being generous. Three confirmation Emails, two text messages, 1 text the morning of, and still I walked in to a canceled appointment. I paid over $500 for a car stereo and was just waiting for the install. Complete waste of time. I took my refund and now I’m out looking for a professional place to take my business. Not sure if anything would have made things right, but nothing was offered. The young man at the counter was very professional and this was not his fault, he was just the one relaying best buys failures. I was a regular at best buy, no longer. For anyone reading, do what you wish with this info.
