It's very clear staff does not want to help you. Eye rolls and neglect. Zero communication skills. Everyone acts like they were dumped by their boyfriend and came to work after. I probably could've gotten what I needed and walked out without payment. They dgaf.

This has happened twice, i place an order online from the same store select same day shipping, pay the extra fees and I get a text almost immediately that it will be done in 2 shipments on separate days, not same day. I contact chat and phone almost immediately to cancel or change to pick up but they have the same authority as I have through the app. Where I have it being shipped to the days that it arrives I won't have access to and it will likely get take by someone else. Now I have to wait and waste my time to get a police report and get this settled.
Sad that best buy has changed into what it has become. It used to be a regular stop back in the day, now, not so much. Better selection and pricing on Amazon or Newegg. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
