Outsourcing the phone calls to a call center. You cannot resolve any issues with the store remotely. When you ask the call center to have your local store call you back, they never do. Dont support this anti consumer crap unless absolutely necessary. Best buy, worst practices.

Great staff here. Everyone's very helpful. Had a few conversations with them about some technology and newer things coming soon. Overall great experience. Great store and great location to the hotel.
A friend of mine bought a TV there and after 6 months the TV wasn't working. They sent somebody from Samsung for all the way from Columbus Ohio to fix it . They pretty much gave him a brand new TV.
Used curbside pickup for online tv purchase. I pulled into the designated pickup area near the main entrance and entered my spot number as directed. Easy!!
