The worst customer service, the manager wouldn’t even speak to me because “he’s so busy” I went in to claim a new phone bc my Samsung phone unfortunately broke. I had the original receipt of proof of purchase and proof of protection plan that I paid over $200. Well the employees gave me the run around to go onto a Best Buy website with no information to inquire about receiving a new phone. Let me tell you, it was only a 1800 number where their representatives also give you the run around and refuse to help. It’s a shame this million dollar business lies to their customers and refuse to help after purchasing extra protection. I’ve sent emails to corporate and never received a response either. The employees were no help from the very beginning. DO NOT PURCHASE EXTRA PROTECTION because they are stealing your money!! You will regret it and deal with this mess as well!
Nice store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and clean store. They price match Amazon if you ask too.

Veronica the service manager of geek squad thought it was acceptable to keep my computer for over a month. In the month I received my computer 3 times and each time receiving my computer it wasn’t fixed. She is not a manager that knows how to resolve problems. Don’t use Wacos geek squad
