They sold me an open box phone that was locked to the previous owner. Wasted a lot of time dealing with it. They wouldn’t replace it with a working phone or do anything to help other than refund. Not great customer service

Best Buy Sells The GE Profile Ice Maker - It is HORRIBLE! Best Buy replaced it once, good for Best Buy but gave notice they would not replace again because "all of them make noise". GE's Customer Service Is HORRIBLE. Took them over 10 months to finally replace the ice maker. Next day - makes the same noise. PLEASE - Best Buy - Stop selling GE products that you won't replace and GE takes 10 months to replace.
