Great service from sales staff as well as the Geek Squad!
I've used best buy many times in the past with there no interest plan...never any problems, but if you don't use your card for a curtain amount of time after you pay something off...they cut the card off(no biggie)...signed up this time and bought a fridge on 18 month deal...go to make my first payment online...CITIBANK,won't take my discover debit card for payment...so put in my banking info,won't take that either...CITIBANK is trying to strong arm me in to opening a account with them..F,best buy,REALLY F,CITIBANK!!!!

If you going to buy an Apple product do yourself the favor and buy from Apple directly to properly have you warranties handled. We have purchased several items from Best Buy including Apple mac pc and needed a keyboard replaced. Apple set up an appointment to drop off at Best Buy for repairs only to be told by Best Buy to send to Apple. After several hours and attempts at Best Buy we finally just called Apple and got the problem resolved. The products purchased from Apple were processed flawlessly but the one purchased from Best Buy took alittle more paperwork or time but it too got processed from Apple faster. I’m sure Best Buy is good for their brands but truth be told most of that you can buy on Amazon for the fraction of the cost. One tries to buy local but when you do the service department treats you differently. Again this review is for Apple products only. I’ve not had to take anything else back as I’ve started to purchase elsewhere. Hope this helps
