I won't be returning to this Best Buy. Customer service is none existent. I had the intention of buying a large appliance I was in the area for 30 minutes and no one asked if I needed help. Left there and went to Home Depot.

Went to pick up my new phone. They sent the wrong phone, but the Best Buy associate was so helpful. His name was futar. He really helped me with my return and got the ball rolling for me to get the correct phone two thumbs up to that gentleman

Was there today, at this Burbank location trying to purchase a Chromebook and was disappointed that I had to leave with nothing😔 had asked for assistance twice and not ones did I get in associate to get help. Will have to try again at a different location.

I bought tower loundery two months ago its not working they change it to a second one and its not working then the third one its over heating I bought two on the 2 July they woke me up at 6:50 am and said open the door I called my tent to open they said no one here they ware at a wrong address I called them they said we will be there in 6 minutes Now its 12:03 noon nobody showed up the waste my time and my tenants time the pushd my order to the 16 of July bad business they don’t care about any costmers at all Don’t go there don’t recommend it bad place Go for to ABT its the best good customer service
