TJ in the Tyler store was very helpful and tried so hard to find the washer that we were told was in stock in their store. He did find it, however it was in the recycle bin because it had a huge dent across the front. 2 of the managers were helpful as well I didnt get their names they looked up the Longview inventory after I was told they had the same washer in their stock by an agent taking orders for that store, again non in stock. Ended up ordering the washer and will get it on Thursday. TJ was so bummed that we were not able to leave with product same day.
