Went in to buy a $2k iPhone, which they had in stock, and literally no one would or could sell it to me. Couldn’t have been more disappointed and felt more disrespected in my entire life. The one and only employee that was on staff in the AT&T department looked at me, and asked off and never returned to the counter. No manager ever came to help. I waited for an hour. No help, left with no phone. Now I’m on vacation with an old phone in another country having to sit in my hotel room waiting for it to charge rather than enjoying myself. So, don’t recommend this store if you have AT&T. Dallas had none in stock anywhere. Greece has none. I’m just can’t say enough about the sheer rudeness and lack of willingness to even try to help a customer wanting to pay $2K for a product in stock and leaving with nothing. I don’t get it.

You can’t check out! I was in line with 4 people and 1 girl at checkout, saw 3 people standing by the front door greeting people entering the store??? I left my goods at the checkout line because I just couldn’t wait any longer especially seeing 3 workers doing nothing. Ridiculous and mismanaged
