How do I check product availability at the Tyler Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

I made a purchase from Best Buy online bc I could use my Best Buy credit card and pay it off 12 mo interest free
Lesson learned: don’t buy furniture from Best Buy bc you will have to fight for a refund with people who don’t speak English. Do better Best Buy. You don’t have to market with lumina wise inc.
Also. I ordered gray. But the people emailing me keep insisting i ordered blue even with my proof that i did not.
The measurements aren’t even accurate. Who has a sofa that is 78 inches tall. So I was judging by the picture that it would support my back
Yet no refund. They confirmed the return and have been arguing with me for days about the actual return.

Lydia at the Best Buy store in Tyler was FANTASTIC to work with! We needed a new computer and didn’t even know where to begin. Since it had been over seven years since we bought our last computer, we were overwhelmed with how much technology had changed and progressed. Lydia walked us step-by-step through the entire process. She truly listened and patiently answered all of our questions. Everyone we encountered at this store was nice and Lydia was just exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and made the whole experience so much better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
