Can't order with them, won't help, canceled my order twice even with bank allowing large charge to go through

HORRIBLE customer service experience from the "Manager" Billy. Went to pick up 2 phones that I purchased online and asked Billy about the stores student discount. It appeared that Billy's lack of knowledge caused him throw a fit about it. It literally took 1 minute before he threw up his hands and walked away, leaving me at the register with my kids and no one to help me get my phones they were there for pick up. So I walked out, kids trailing behind. I got to the front door and turned around to gather them and Billy looks at me and says, "What?", like he was ready for a fight! LOL! He not only lost Best Buy my $500, but also a customer. Get familiar with your store policies and maybe enroll in an Anger Management class Billy Boy! T-Mobile had a much better deal after all...
