I bought a phone from Verizon through Best Buy six months ago. For some reason, our promotion did not come through and Austin Gandhi has been helping us every step Of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure that my purchase was satisfied. Austin is a Verizon representative that works for Best Buy at Spring Meadows. He went out of his way to contact corporate to ensure that they were aware that we didn’t receive our promotion. He’s been fighting this fight for us for six months. This guy deserves a 10 star review if I could leave one. I highly recommend anyone who goes to Best Buy to purchase a Verizon phone. Make sure they go through Austin Gandhi. He is by far the best.

I went to this location to purchase a kitchen appliance. I knew what I wanted and only needed to speak with a salesperson about ordering, delivery, and set-up. No one was working around the appliance section. After waiting, I went to Customer Service, asking for help. They told me someone is available and would be right over. I went back over to the appliance section and waited a good amount of time, but no one ever came. I ended up just leaving, and passed no fewer than five employees chatting amongst themselves. I have used Best Buy many times over the years, but this experience will have me going somewhere else to make these types of purchases from now on.
