Geek squad is amazing so friendly and knowledgeable. Julio and his associate came to our house to install a modem router, wow!!! Excellent experience. The staff at the store was very friendly. Highly recommend the geek squad and Best Buy

I needed a new laptop, I came to my favorite electronics store and was looking at so many and information was starting to run together then Calicia came over and asked if I needed assistance. I told her what I wanted and needed and she directed me to the 1 I eventually bought. I know this seemed like 2 hour process (because of myself wanting so much information from her) but she never stopped giving me the information I was looking for. I really appreciate her Knowledge, Politeness and Determination to help me until the end. She is a great salesperson and a great asset to Best Buy on Thunderbird. Thank you

Worst experience. Bought a laptop for pickup and as soon as I drive 10 miles to come get it they cancelled my order even tho they already took money from my account because they suspected fraud. If it was fraud why did u charge my bank account? Avoid this establishment!
