Can not believe the level of customer service here. Noone wants to help. They basically point to a sign to find things at the phone center when there are no customers. I proceed to my intended computer section with no promotion or communication. On the way out the sales greeter is on their phone. Absolutely no BASIC level sales advice or help. How many other customers feel this way. Unbelievable Best Buy Thunderbird Phoenix. Do better. Zero stars.

I went looking for a scratch and dent refrigerator. They didn't have any. They have some decent prices.
Bought a Hisense 75 inch TV from here, lasted JUST OVER a year before the backlight died.
I'll never buy Hisense again, or shop at Best Buy, because I no longer trust the products you sell.
