Couldn’t sell me a product they had right in front of them because of a Sku error. The manager couldn’t over ride it and instead made me drive to another store

I recently visited this location to inquire about trading in my laptop. I explained to the employee at the counter that the laptop hadn’t been charged in a while and that I didn’t have the charger with me. She initially mentioned that their system was down, but then said it had come back up. After taking my laptop to the back, she returned less than five minutes later and said it wouldn’t start. I reminded her that the device likely just needed to be charged, but she responded in a noticeably rude and dismissive manner, as if I were an inconvenience. She then pointed to her manager without offering further assistance. At that point, I took my laptop and left. This experience left a very poor impression — either additional staff training or new employees are needed at this location. I won’t be returning and will be advising my family and friends to do the same.

Went in and they had nothing I was looking for based on the website. Trust me I get the reason why that is considering the location. But damn it was like walking into a dollar store, like when you see them stocking shelves with that tall over packed cart and you have to squeeze around it. Not that bad but it was the vibe. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Aaron and the young lady Verizon representative in the Phone department were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through every step when upgrading to the latest Samsung smart phone. They explained the upgrade process through verizon, gave me the exact phone I was looking for, helped me transfer my data, find a good case and did the leg work to to ensure the whole process was as simple and and straightforward as possible. In fact, every employee I met and spoke with that day at Best Buy were kind, patient, knowledgeable and and professional.
