New TV , Samsung 65 " Biught and delivered by them . 19 days old and call them about the tv not functioning properly. told me it's after 15 days. I can't exchange it. call samsung and let them deal with it .
They've really gone downhill . Customer service is terrible .

What an absolute joke of a store and situation. I bought a new MacBook Air for my daughter. Six months into owning it. The computer wouldn’t turn on. I bought the extra protection through Best Buy, so I brought it back to them thinking they would help solve the problem. They sent the computer out to be serviced and a week later it was ready to be picked up. They said it would be $35 instead of $85 because I bought the extra protection. I was pleased. Before leaving I told my daughter to turn it on. It didn’t turn on. I asked the Geek Squad person if it was a power issue and if so, could he grab a power cord. His exact words were “no, they didn’t fix it.” Ummm, what did I just pay for? “They felt like the parts would be more than the computer, so they didn’t do anything.” And you didn’t think to tell me this before handing me a dead computer and having me pay for absolutely nothing?? So what should I do now, I asked. He shrugged his shoulders. Said “we don’t really service Macs.” What?? That might have been a good thing to share with me before I bought the computer and the extra protection… May I please speak to a manager???
Manager was zero help. Shrugged shoulders and when I told her what just happened at the Geek Squad, she said “yeah .” What??? It was surreal to have this level of incompetence. Never would I step foot into a Best Buy again. Please don’t anybody buy a Mac from them.
