The second time I visited this location, I had the same "cool" and not-so-friendly experience. Compared to other locations, these were the worst employees I've ever encountered. It seemed they didn't want to help, and when I asked about availability, they only typed on their website instead of checking the actual stock on their shelves. If they did that, I could just check their website myself. Why would I need to visit their location and ask an employee?
I'm leaving them a 1 star because when I call to speak to someone in a dept and they keep me on hold for longer than 15 minutes.. BestBuy Congrats you have now just lost all my business.. Cause if you don't have time to answer a question over the phone.. Then you clearly don't have time for me in-store.. I will now take all my car audio and computer needs elsewhere... Goodbye BestBuy !!!
Had a confirmed delivery date. Day before appointment I called to confirm. service center had no record of an appointment.they set up appointment over 7 days out. They made no effort to correct their mistake. I went to the local store and same story given, even though they gave me
written notice confirming time and date of appointment
