Don't shop here watched a woman get harassed by security after purchasing from them, security made her dump her bag on the floor and after realizing she didn't shop lift they offered no apology instead gave her an attitude
Don't shop here customer service does not exist at this location I left immediately after seeing this. Don't shop here.

Staff were more busy with sales than providing actual information. I returned the GoPro Hero13 and went to the Best Buy in my neighborhood, where I had a completely different experience with help and guidance. I ended up purchasing a gimbal.

The guys in appliances ignored me the entire time. Had to get someone from another department to help me. They basically scoffed at him when he asked them to check me out. Dude bought my AC unit up to them and asked them three times to check me out, after he left I stood directly in front on them with my soon to be purchase while they just scrolled on their phones. I probably stood there for close to 10 minutes, never once being acknowledged, until I finally asked the dude if he was going to check me out. He responded, “Oh, I thought the other guy was taking care of you”
