Nothing but problems every time I have done business there. There is no way to contact the store directly whether it’s regarding a repair, refund or issue. Help is hard to get in the store and stock always low. It took weeks to find out a repair of my new item I got from them was not fixable and they didn’t have a replacement in stock and only would give me store credit as a refund! Complete joke! Also refused to give my elderly mother a refund when they charged her $40 to repair her cell phone but could not repair it even after customer service said a refund was in order! Shop there at your own risk!

Too many employees on the floor who walk to get by without acknowledging you or asking if you need assistance. Used to be a good customer service company.
