Terrible Pickup Experience – Avoid This Location!
I had a horrible experience at Best Buy in Millbury. I placed an order for pickup within an hour, but when I arrived, there was absolutely no response from the staff. I waited for three hours, yet no one helped me or provided any updates. The employees seemed completely disorganized and uninterested in assisting customers.
If they can’t fulfill orders on time, they shouldn’t offer a “pickup in an hour” option. This was a complete waste of my time, and I won’t be returning to this location. Extremely disappointed!

Typically orders are received and readied for pickup within one hour, however there may be other issues that can cause a delay. We do urge all customers to wait for the Order Ready email to come through before heading to the store. I placed an order online for a mini fridge, it arrived in 2 days, brought inside and the delivery person took the empty box with styrofoam away, They were very polite, I’d order again online .
Don’t bother trying to get someone on the phone that is physically at the store, to tell you the inventory of certain products.
