Best Buy Millbury

My grandmother bought a new computer, left it to come back & pick up after they'd transfered everything from her old one & wiped it & finished setup & installs on the new. We stop on our way home to pick it up the next day & they'd done NOTHING. The whole point was to not have to wait for them to do everything, but when she came back they gave some excuse about doing it with the customer there, whatever. Then don't have it left there to take care of then not have it ready & try saying something completely different when we come back. She stood in there for almost 2 hours waiting for them to finish it & all they were able to complete was putting the stuff from the old laptop onto a flash drive. Not even transferring it to the new one, none of the setup or installs done. HUGE waste of time & 2 trips. 0/10

I went there the other day I asked an employee that was holding down the floor where something was. She pointed over to the shelf and she says, it should be over there. I asked her if she could show me. Then she went and got one of her coworkers. Then she went back to holding the floor down. Her coworker knew exactly where everything I wanted was.

Store manager, Kevin, was unhelpful and unpersonable. Will not be shopping here due to the poor customer experience he provided. Recommend going to the Solomon Pond Mall location instead if you are local.
