Most electronic purchases nowadays are done online, so these type of stores have to act as show rooms and customer services for purchases done online as well as sales. I personally went in for a return and possible purchase. These situations take up a lot time for the very limited staff. They do their best with the manpower they have, and maintain patience during. Customers should remember that when getting frustrated. I did for a moment myself but recognized it and made sure to thank them sincerely. They were courteous, respectful, patient, and I had very positive experience during the Christmas shopping season. Thanks guys at the Millbury MA store!
Five stars for Kenn, Robert is a slug thanks to Jennifer for helping my wife for returning a stolen package which we retrieved on our oun. Managers like Robert who don't care or to help seniors should be fired or at least drug tested.!! It doesn't make sense...
Thanks to Kenn for helping us try to find our computer today because... Fedex said it was delivered, it was not. No signature and picture of package left is not our house! We used Best Buy credit card for free delivery, I'd rather pay UPS, FedEx stinks
