I have to share the best customer service I received at the Millbury location. I was assisted by Estelle who helped me in every way she could to get new Apple Air Pods.
She was so knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant and polite. I haven’t had that kind of customer service in a long time !
She explained the products and even got me money off for trading in my old air pods!!!

Man I really wish I could speak to someone at the store.
Yes, someone overseas can absolutely check the stock in the online system and confirm what it is, something I can do myself online. And it is certainly cheaper from a business standpoint to outsource this. But online systems are not always accurate. And talking to someone at the store gives that extra certainty of, “Yes it is here, I am physically looking at it”. Not only that, but it gives some humanity to the damn store, instead of feeling like you’re doing everything to avoid customer contact.

Terrible Pickup Experience – Avoid This Location!
I had a horrible experience at Best Buy in Millbury. I placed an order for pickup within an hour, but when I arrived, there was absolutely no response from the staff. I waited for three hours, yet no one helped me or provided any updates. The employees seemed completely disorganized and uninterested in assisting customers.
If they can’t fulfill orders on time, they shouldn’t offer a “pickup in an hour” option. This was a complete waste of my time, and I won’t be returning to this location. Extremely disappointed!

Typically orders are received and readied for pickup within one hour, however there may be other issues that can cause a delay. I placed an order online for a mini fridge, it arrived in 2 days, brought inside and the delivery person took the empty box with styrofoam away, They were very polite, I’d order again online .
