!!This will be a long review BECAUSE THIS IS 110% CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST! EVER!!!! I Got in my car and had tears in my eyes!!
I came in i asked for a unlocked phone my phone that Friday had gone black screen on me I couldn't get there until that following Tuesday! I had no! Phone. All my emails. I am starting school again. I Have 2 young crazy boys! I was so stressed out!! 😫 WHEN I TELL YOU MY BOYS WERE ACTING CRAZY! I'd be down playing it. My Fiancé was at work he drives so I can't see my phone luckily we have a joined family tablet that can be used everywhere. So I could get codes to my email. I got approved by progressive leasing for phone. We'll I used the wrong card. He put in the wrong expiration date. And this WHOLE ORDEAL MIND YOU I WAS THERE FOR 3!!! HOURS!! and Ardawn was the employee at this desk it was his last day of high-school and same with jose! And I felt awful I have 2 crazy boys thinking they could play tag, roll under the displays. I was mortified. Ardawn asked me if my youngest wants his phone because he saw how stressed I was because we had to call progressive AND WE GOT 2 PEOPLE!! at first who were so unprofessional, the first guy said they don't do chime he was whispering in Spanish to someone. The manager Ken came on defending that statement. Saying he's worked with many customers who have chime. So I'm not sure why your saying that. The progressive man was whispering again it was like as if he was home with his friend and not a real employee.. so now we are waiting I had my fiancé put the card number In he put the wrong expiration date. So all the while my kids are being disrespectful I'm stressed because my phone is my life line (NOT FOR SOCIAL MEDIA..) I have medical issues going on. All my emails for school. Doctor appointments. I have alot of telehealth meetings. All my picture's and screenshot of important information and medical results. It was JUST SOOO MYVH. And we called a second person Ardawn personal asked me what games does your son like to play I told him and he DOWNLOADED THEM FOR HIM SO MY SON WOULD TAKE A BREATHER from being Tasmanian devil. LIKE WHATT?!?! I HAVE NEVERRR BEEN TO A STORE AND HAD AN EMPLOYEE BE SO KIND AND GENEROUS. LIKE I THOUGHT TO MY SELF THESE 3 PEOPLE HELPING ME ARE GOD SENT! IT HAD BEEN ALMOST 2 HOURS now!! And THE 2ND!! person now was a woman who kept us on hold no lie 30 mins while she "checked my profile" because she told me I was not approved and I said I was approved here that's not how that works can you please give me a reason why your saying that...Then while this 30 min wait. My son had Ardawns phone the manager kept coming to see what was going on and why they are having such an issue! And my kids started acting crazy again like truly were running around the store like it was a free for all and they were over tired. I missed my son's baseball practice. The employees were like just truly good hearted people. And there's obviously people/customers in the store its a big business and I felt HORRIBLE.
This woman came back and I could hear kids in HER back ground so I'm assuming these people work from home idk (SHAME ON PROGRESSIVE!!!) FOR having such funny commercials and horrid unprofessional staff like TRULY AWFUL PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE employees. Your a multi billionaire company and you have people like this answering your phones for business? AND for callers That blasphemous. Anyway the woman stated "there was a issue she saw i was accepted but I couldn't get services I had to reapply in 30 days.. I kept asking questions and she just kept saying over and over! "I'm sorry ms Rachel i understand your frustration however after the 6th time of hearing then when I asked a question mind you I was being direct not disrespectful. She said she could not share what the verification issue was due to privacy.... WHAT.. so he Ardawn got on the phone immediately and he said ma'am this customer is the customer how is it private? PLS FOLLOW 2nd prt PLS
