I recently purchased an iPad from this location. Without my informed consent Micheal signed me up for the Best Buy plus membership that has a $50 yearly fee. He misled me saying the $50 that’d be paid at the point of purchase was for “insurance”. However the $50 I paid thinking it was “insurance”, was actually for the plus membership, which DOES NOT include insurance. VERY manipulative and predatory behavior. I would be very wary of any transactions you do at this location. ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY.

Straight up lied to me about product availability over the phone to get me into the store. The call lasted 10 minutes while the person who answered droned on about buying a membership for some sort of commission I'm assuming, guaranteed me the product I was looking for was in stock and in THIS store, just for me to drive all the way here and tell me they don't have it?!?! (And for clarity it's not just that it sold out, but that they never had it to begin with 😂.) What an abhorrent waste of my time.

I recently went to Best Buy with my mother and had a great experience. She knows nothing about technology or what she needed. A kind employee named Mo had a great conversation with her, helped her solve her issue within her budget, and made her laugh. I recommend this Best Buy and Mo.
