Lady at the counter wasted my time signing me up for a rewards program I did not want to do. Didn’t even ask if we wanted to participate, she just started asking away. If this is the new policy it’s dumb.

So, iOS 26 crashed my phone and Apple sent me here for an appointment. Apparently they have something set up with geek squad because they don’t have an Apple store here in Alexandria. Period and the closest Apple store is two hours away in Baton Rouge. It was OK. I only had to wait probably about 10 minutes for Service and it took them about 10 minutes to do a hard reset on my phone and that’s it. They didn’t get it going or anything they handed it to me blank then I had to come home and spend four hours on the phone with Apple and it’s still not working right now. I’m using my iPad so yeah, it sucks.
They helped me find a pixel case that seemed to be hiding! Awesomely helpful staff.
Very helpful on a returned item I had.
