Not helpful. You will need to find someone because they will not find you and ask if you need assistance. Best Buy has gone down hill over the years.
Cellphone went nuts. Provider couldn't fix it, and sent us to the geek squad. They fiddled with it and pronounced it dead. So we went to a different phone service provider store near this store to arrange a new phone. The girl there punched a few buttons and fixed the phone, saving us a bit of money.
