Best Buy Arrowhead damaged a brand new sealed CPU during installation, then failed to be honest about it and appeared to try to sell me another one instead of taking responsibility.
I have photos of the bent pins, and an independent technician at Asurion/uBreakiFix documented the damage and confirmed that my old CPU still works while the new one does not.
Sean and GM Christian were the only helpful people involved during my time in dealing with Best Buy. Everyone else turned a bad mistake into an unacceptable customer service experience.
I would not trust this location with PC hardware installation or anything to do with electronic repairs.
