Bought a pair of headphones and price matched them down to 90 from 100, then was still charged 108 after tax, not realizing it was off at the time i didn't question it. The person checking me out did not offer me a physical receipt and just told me id get emailed. Well i was never emailed, i had to call customer service and then they sent it to me and come to find out i was charged $10 for a teen tech foundation donation that i was never asked about or agreed to. Now I'm being told i have to drive back to this location to fix it because this store doesn’t receive phone calls? Enjoy the $10 donation, I will never be back.

Don't bother buying anything from here unless you purchase additional warranty from best buy!! Con!
Purchased pioneer car audio, got installed as well, fails and need to send back, best buy washed there hands and I have to send back only 9 months later, still within warranty!!!! You might just as well find somewhere else to purchase cheaper and save problems later.
