We got a fantastic refrigerator there. The salesman, John (I believe), was knowledgeable and showed us the pros and cons. He also helped just lately with a printer. Great service!
This Best Buy is just like almost all the other Best Buys around the country. The company is struggling to find it's identity in the Amazon era and is constantly changing its merchandise in an effort to find its niche. 10 years ago, BB was my go-to store when looking for electronics. But now, their inventory is depleted and their stores have minimal staffing. While it was never state-of-the-art, it used to be a good place to see newish technology. Now it seems to be good for expendables (paper, printer ink, phone cases, small appliances) and not much more. It would be great to see the company rebound and be a leader in the field again, but it would take a major shift in buying patterns for that to happen.
I have purchased many items at Best Buy over the years and recently during our move to Columbus Indiana purchased two new TV’s for our home. Jon at the Columbus store was phenomenal and I thought I did my research before coming in. He provided personal insight and directed us to look at Sony instead of LG or Samsung. He took an honest interest in helping to assure we got the best value for our home with assured reliability. Hats off and 5 Gold Stars this gentleman and Best Buy Columbus
