Absolutely horrible customer service. I was looking to purchase a laptop computer and a week ago. I made a stop so I could get an idea of what would be good better and best for me. I asked a sales person for help and he told me the computers were in order of how good they were and walked he walked away. Today I went into the store to actually make a purchase and found one I liked, but couldn’t find it on the shelf. I went to the customer service desk and spoke to a manager that I needed help. He told me he would send a sales person over to me. I waited well over 10 minutes and no one came to help. While waiting, I had plenty of time to search online and found a much better deal through Amazon so I left the store. Best Buy lost a sale of a computer and most likely a printer today.
