The Geek Squad lady, Crystal, is great. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough.
They had the 2 cables i needed at just the right time.
Horrible staff...2 associates saw me coming to ask a question and make a turn the other direction. Catch another stock person, ask her and she rolls her eyes. Been to Best Buy in multiple States...worst store ever.

Customer service isn't great. I find myself standing around waiting a lot when I come into the store. But they typically have what you need.
