I went in to buy a new phone, which isn’t always the best experience at other places. However, Jordan was great & is the reason we’d rather buy phones through best buy than our service provider. he got us in and out super quickly, let me know all the services offered, but wasn’t pushy at all & was super patient if i had any questions. There was an older couple that came in while I was being helped, & the other two employees handled them with grace, even though they were pretty hard to please. I just always have good experiences here. All the employees deserve a huge shoutout.
Great store. In and out in 10 minutes with product I went for in hand
I was surprised to find Legos there. The store had plenty of empty shelf space. It took a while to find an employee that wasn't working in the cell phone area. Once I did they were very helpful & went above & beyond to find the item I was looking for, online. I have to go back next week to the store -50 minutes away, to get my order. Shipping to home was an options, $15 for a $39 order.
