Came here the other day to return an item. I was on my lunch break so I was hoping it was quick long sorry short I had to ask 3 staff members to even be able to be told where I could return the item and they they could even help me. Even though there was a pit 4 employes not doing anything but standing or sitting. The only guy working hard was the geek squad guy who I told had to wait for but he was fixing a guys computer which was going to take a ling time. Long story short I'm never coming to this best buy again.

Best avocado toast w added egg cooked perfectly.
My review of this store is more of the manager at this location and not of the store itself. About a month ago, I bought an open box monitor at Best Buy in Burbank since I was in the area. Long story short, after testing it for a couple of days, I didn't like it and wanted to return it and brought it to the Anaheim Best Buy location. The manager refused to take it back since it was missing a power cable which is the generic cable that costs $1 on Amazon. I told him the store I bought it from did not provide me with a power cable and he told me to bring the monitor back to the Burbank store to return it since he couldn't accept it without the power cable. Fast forward to today. I bought an open box laptop from Best Buy Tustin location and they didn't pack a charging cable with it so I got in touch with Best Buy and the rep I spoke to said to come in to any Best Buy location and they would give me a spare for that and to bring along the chat transcript as proof. So I brought a copy of that chat transcript to the Anaheim Best Buy store and asked for a spare charger as per instructed and the same manager told me I would have to buy one and that open box items are sometimes missing parts. I reminded him of the incident last month where the power cable was missing since Best Buy didn't pack one and how he wouldn't accept it then, and he again told me to take the open box item back to the Best Buy store in Tustin since he couldn't help me. Overall, this manager has got to be the most lazy and most unprofessional since all he seems to be capable of is to tell customers to just go elsewhere. I won't be returning to this store since I won't be able to control my temper for the 3rd time, knowing exactly what this doofus manager would do the next time we have similar issues again.
