Love this particular location. Went in, they had my order ready and I was done in less that 20 mins
I recently attempted to trade in my Pixel 7 at Best Buy for the Pixel 9a deal (ordered online, and only need to give them my old phone and pick up the new one, 5 minutes max). I arrived at 8:30 PM, well within their posted trade-in hours of 10 AM to 9 PM. However, the employee at the door refused to assist me, stating they wouldn't do trade-ins at that time (May 7/2025 @8:30pm). She didn't ask me to leave, but she wouldn't process my trade-in. This was incredibly frustrating, as it directly contradicts the information on my order and Best Buy's general policy. I'm disappointed by the poor service and the inconvenience this caused.
The next day I called BestBuy customer service. 1-I changed my pick-up location. 2- They said I could get to the store at 8:59PM (even one minutes before closing) and someone would help me with the trade-in.
We went in there to pick up a microwave and received some of the best customer service we've ever had! Chris met us at the appliance section and was so informative. He was very patient and took his time answering all of our questions. He also suggested other products we might like to consider as an alternative to buying a new appliance. We ended up purchasing one of his suggestions and couldn't be happier! Great experience at this store.
