Disappointed with Customer Service
Every time I walk into Best Buy, I’m met with silence. No greeting at the door, no acknowledgment when I’m within arm’s length of an employee. It’s like I’m invisible. I don’t expect red carpet treatment, but basic courtesy shouldn’t be optional. If your staff can’t even say hello or ask if I need help, what does that say about your culture? I’ve worked in customer-facing roles-I know how easy it is to make someone feel seen. Best Buy consistently fails at that. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I checked with them two days after buying the TV because of a malfunction and they refused to respond, repair and replace, although I delivered the TV myself to them at their request, especially the one who says he is the manager named Matthew . I don't recommend dealing with them, take them away more than bad
'The manager who was there, Matthew, was very badly treated. I told him I was upset by the abuse. he was responding sarcastically. It was a psychologically bad experience.'
The organic produce looks fresh.
