This store is always well stocked, clean and filled with nice products. I also love the prices. I always seem to find a good deal. You should try it!

I have had a very negative experience with Best Buy. I have been a customer for many years and have purchased all of my electronic needs from them.
Recently, I purchased a television with a mount that the sales representative assured me would fit the television. I scheduled a time for Geek Squad to come out and install the television.
Upon arrival, the Geek Squad member informed me that the mount would not fit and that I would need to reschedule and purchase the correct mount. He advised me on which mount to purchase, so I had to take additional time out of my schedule to do this. The representative for some reason canceled my entire order, which was an additional process I had to go through.
I scheduled another day with the mount that they told me would fit (I had to take another day off work for this).
On the second day of arrival, they came just to inform me that the mount would not fit either.
The second Geek Squad representative had another cheaper mount available in his truck, so I told him to install it because I did not want to deal with having to go back and forth. He charged me an additional fee to use the mount he had, even though it was cheaper than the one I purchased. He assured me that I would get a refund, but I have not received one.
I have emailed the store manager, Cassandra Watson, and have received no response on this matter. At this point, I will be disputing the transaction through my credit card provider.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience.
On top of all this, the geek squad member who installed my tv made two holes in my wall and they were incorrectly placed so they made an additional two holes and left the other two open without patching or fixing it up. The rep in store told me they would fix up any damage or mistake on their end.
