Muy amable el personal pero no se Fijan en su trabajo por un error de Eyos mismos. Entregaron. Un teléfono que compré en otra dirección y me salió el manayer. Grosera mente. Y ni disculpas por el inconveniente Ni nada. Y me dijo que ay no me podían ayudar cuando el error es de Eyos yo perdí 1200 dólares así de sencillo porque no encontré solución

My kitchen range was promised to be delivered in 2 weeks then then I was later notified that it would be an additional 5 weeks before delivery and when it finally arrived it was delivered by a service that doesn't even work for Best Buy and then discovering the appliance was damaged after opening the box after delivery was made. Dealing with "customer service" was excruciatingly difficult due to having to endure a 10 minute maze of Ai prompts before finally getting connected to an actual human that spoke broken English. Now I get to wait another week for someone to pickup this damaged appliance and refund my money. This was such a comple waste of my time and energy that I felt compelled to leave a bad review for a store that I once loved. Never again.
Update: I reached out and responded to the generic response Best Buy left on my review and was once again met with an ai representative that provided zero help other than wasting more of my time since they will not talk to me directly. I now wish I could take my one star review back and give them a zero. So dissapoiting.
