I waited around for a good while trying to get someone to help me purchase something and several employees ignored me and I just went ahead and scanned the QR code on the tag that said order there walk to the front just for me to get there them look confused walk to the back and laugh with each other because possibly they thought I was frustrated. I just left. If I’m spending a lot of money on something even a small amount I’ll spend it with someone who handles their customers with care instead of just brushing them off left and right. I wondered how it was so dead in the store but after that experience I get it. 0/10 don’t recommend just order it online elsewhere or find somewhere who has it in stock.

Returned my headphones since I had insurance on them that I bought only less than two years ago which is just perfect because I was able to get a brand new pair of galaxy buds 2 for only forty dollars. Pretty efficient and fast service , so I can't really complain about that at all

Worst experience ever with Geek Squad! I had an appointment prior to arriving at 3:20. Was told that there was a wait because they were behind. Didn’t mind at all. Rep Paqui later started all the paper work and was about to go and do a battery replacement when it was 4:05 when he said that it would take longer than expected to change my battery from my phone. He decided that it wasn’t enough time and to come back at a later date to do a replacement again after waiting for almost an hour and had NOTHING changed.
