I would love to give Best Buy a one star review, but the fact is is I was in a pretty bad situation. My LGOLED TV broke. So I bought the same model to replace it until the repair man get out and fix it under warranty because I guess geek squad squad over at Best Buy won’t work on LG TVs. Or at least OLED TVs. Anyway, it took a month but I was able to eventually work out a company from Ugene who had a contractor here in Medford to come fix my TV. Therefore I didn’t need the new TV I bought anymore so I packed it up in its original packaging as close as I can get it to how it could actually come and get us to the store and the gentleman tells me that I have the wrong plan. I paid $80 for Protection plan which handles like damage and shit like that but he said the plan I wanted just the return policy plan is actually only $40 and $80 and like the way I’m looking at it like I paid you double bro both should be covered online. It said it was covered 60 days. It was included in that plan. That’s what they advertise online so I don’t think this guy or manager really knew what they were talking about but anyway I just wanna throw some props out because he did manage to work it out. I paid them $40. They returned the cost of the TV and the cost of the previous plan protection plan I had purchased which was 80 so I actually ended up getting $40 more back than I thought I would so overall it was a good experience. It only took a month. That’s the only reason I took one star off the review, lol.
