Overseas customer support. The only time you will get a US support rep is if you need sales support. Their foreign support does nothing but read canned responses. They listen to the background noise more than they listen to customers. If you want a painful experience with the most atrocious customer support ever, then do business with best buy. If you want semblance of support, take your business to Amazon. Use best buy to go try the devices in person and purchase through a vendor who actually has support. I wouldn't even give them a single star if I could, absolutely atrocious customer service.
Kayleb Lee was my Geek Squad agent today. I brought my laptop in after getting a scam that prevented me from doing any kind of productive work. He was quickly able to find the source of the problem and clean out the offending browsers. I would definitely seek him out for information or to resolve future problems.
The customer service is absolutely atrocious even the automated phone service is by far one of the most irritating experiences I've ever had. I am going to go out of my way to make sure I never ever ever ever give a single time to Best Buy again worst experience ever
