Excellent customer service. My laptop had issues and they made it look easy when they fixed everything.
Bought my first pc from them. Membership too! They are doing a data transfer now. Fingers crossed that I am wowed by their service. So far so good.
I recently began to shop online for a new laptop so when I came into the Medford store I had an idea of what I wanted. Jace Gambig was patient and kind as I described my needs. He helped me as we looked at the models that were available in the store and answered all of my questions. I left with just what I hoped for and more. Thank you Jace & Best Buy for helping me upgrade!
I will no longer set foot in here again. They’ve completely abandoned physical media—no Blu-Rays, no DVDs, no CDs—just empty shelves and overpriced gadgets. Their prices for iPads, phones, and electronics are flat-out greedy, and I refuse to support it. I’m not spending a single cent here. Zero stars. Best Buy has become a hollow, corporate money trap, and I genuinely hope they shut down permanently so something better can take their place.
