The management is getting paid off by scalpers. The police showed up and the manager let all of the line cutters and scalpers in.
The management was blaming the NYPD, but NYPD said the management didn't ask them to help organize the line.
The management was also telling those who lined up properly to deal with it ourselves and call NYPD.
Again the already present NYPD said it's on the best buy management to say something. Then the NYPD would help enforce the line.
So basically nothing is going to be resolved if the best buy management is letting this happen.
edit: I'm not going to respond to this ai owner response. Just fix the issue

I came to the Best Buy on Atlantic Ave. to return an Insignia Fire TV 🖥️ (24"). The entire process was super smooth and hassle-free! 🙌🏾
I went to the checkout area and let them know I had a return. The associate asked why I was returning the TV, and I explained that I had purchased the same TV in the bigger 32" size and wanted to return the smaller 24" one.
The woman 💁🏾♀️ assisting me was very pleasant and thorough. She took the box 📦, opened it, and checked everything inside 🔎—the TV accessories, remote, and even plugged in the cord 🔌 to make sure everything was there and in good condition.
Once everything checked out, she processed my return and I received my refund 💵💰. Easy peasy! 😌🧘🏾♀️
No unnecessary hassle, no attitude, no long drawn-out process—just a chill, quick, and smooth return experience. 🙌🏾✨

I went in this morning to buy an Apple HDMI adapter. The person who served me seemed to resent that I asked for help, was grumpy the whole time, and ignored my suggestions about where it might be on the shelf. Quite rude.
Also, many of the shelves seem half stocked or in disarray. Kind of a dump.
