On August 21, I purchased the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses. A few days ago, they broke — the arm came off. I went to the store to return them, but they refused because I hadn’t purchased additional protection. However, Meta provides a one-year warranty for these glasses. So, according to the store’s logic, it’s normal for the glasses to break after just a month of use. This is truly disappointing and shows a lack of customer support.

The staff at Best Buy an Atlantic mall or very helpful and they keep things organized they patients in respectful keep up the Good work
My favorite company. The people I love to see in Cesar bay is Devin. Atlantic Mall Kenny. Both are managers in there stores , I knew them when they were just sales reps. There stores are full of knowledgeable sales rep and these two places are wonderful to shop at because of Kenny and Devin. I am a customer for life because of them.

She helped us select the perfect television, and took time to listen to our needs and get us the best deal she could. She’s so knowledgeable, friendly, and all around just great at her job!
