Just left there. The staff could not have been ruder. After not finding help for 10 minutes we finally went over to appliances for help and the old man was rude and unhelpful. Told to go on to front for help. Then on the way stopped woman with orange puffball hair and she Very obnoxiously couldn’t stop for one second and told us to find someone who had time before she stomped off. Get proper help or train your staff to treat customers with a modicum of respect.

The staff at this Best Buy are just the nicest, most patient and helpful team. They are well informed about the products, and figuring out what will work best for your needs. I don’t remember the last time I felt loyalty to a large chain store, but he staff at this Best Buy have made me a loyal customer. (Hey, Best Buy corporate, give them a raise)
