Good Night To All ,Just wanted to say thank you to the wonderful staff that help me. The three men took time to answer my questions and to assist with the problems that I had. The store is very clean and they have everything on hand or they will order it. I appreciate your patience at any given time. ⭐👍

There should’ve been no reason why my TV way delayed delivery TWICE and when I tried to return the TV mount and TV I’m being charged over $100 just to get it delivered back to the store bc it’s too heavy and too big to fit in a car. The employees are very dismissive for no real reason at all. The way this store treats black women is insane. I’d understand if I was being rude, unreasonable or uncooperative but I was very kind even after her nasty attitude towards me. None of them wear name tags either so you can’t even hold them accountable for their behavior towards customers. My customer service rep who was a very rude Hispanic woman INSISTED I pay over $100 to get a tv returned when another guy said it’s free pick up for returns. She even tried to tell him not to have them pick up the TV for free. This lady literally tried to make my life harder and lose money on purpose. I bought over $600 in items from this location and will be returning everything and never purchasing from this company again.
