They lie to you about keeping products on hold you, as the salesperson on the phone isn't even in store to put things on hold for you and they literally sold the last product I was on the phone for to somebody else. Talk about rudest thing to do and of course I wasted my gas coming here to get it. So it's unfortunate that they do that you.

After almost 10 minutes I had to flag down one of many sales people who were milling about. The store wasn't crowded at all. I truly expected someone....anyone....to ask if I needed help. I will try another location to buy my larger TV in a couple of weeks.
