They haven’t gotten anything right so far. Tons of time wasted for me and returning wrong purchases they suggested. Just bought a new Apple Watch and they can’t seem to change it. I have been a Geek squad member for a long time and it’s money wasted. I do remember when they were the best

Bought a soundbar and TV for over 3k. Paid for install they came and didn’t install the soundbar or sub wayfloor correctly. Called the support teams the representative talking to me instead or helping when I need someone to come fix it - left me on hold for 45 minutes because a refund for half of a set up was impossible. So SO SO rude. All I wanted was someone to set it up correctly since I paid for it. Even worse is that he put me on hold with no intentions of helping us. I will be filling a chargeback and cancelling my best buy credit card

Spent 35 mins talking with salesperson about laptops they have on display in store. Found one I wanted , for them just to tell me they don’t have any in store and it has to be shipped. Why have a storefront if you don’t have anything in store. Waste of time.
