Hit or miss how helpful the staff is. Inventory getting more thinned out over time
I was able to get help quickly, and they answered all my questions. They showed me the products that I was looking for and gave me better options that fit my budget. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would go there again.
I went to return 2 small items because they didn't work for our laptop but I didn't know the returning window was only 14 days. We were in different state when we bought these items and they didn't tell us about 14 days policy. I couldn't return them, it was very frustrating. Items were not used, in boxes. I think returning policy in Best Buy is bad, it should be at least 30 days! We lost $60.
