Excellent customer service. Great products and support.
We purchased a new 98 in TV that came with Free Install, it was originally scheduled for Install on Sunday November 30th, then moved to Monday December 1st and then was re-schedule for Tuesday December 2nd. During their quick visit to my home on the 2nd installer stated that it was a "special" install and couldn't be completed as ONLY the basic install was included for free and he didn't have the proper tools. We have had Best Buy Install three TV's on the brick fireplace that they now stating was a "special install". The installer left and stated Fernando the person from Best Buy would call us back. We followed up with several times on the 2nd and only received a text late on the 2nd that they were following up for payment for the special install. The charge for the "special install" was now $329.99. - This is a total lie / scam as we had originally purchased a TV that didn't include "free install" and swapped it for the TV purchased and the install charge was $329.99. They were now just trying to get paid for install. NOT HAPPY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
