Worst place to buy open box appliances. I purchased a refrigerator on Saturday—by the same day the freezer wasn’t cooling. There was no way to reach the store directly, and I wasted an hour just scheduling service, which they set for 10 days later. By yesterday, the fridge itself had also stopped cooling. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager, who admitted nothing is tested before being sold. I had no choice but to return the item, losing time, energy, and all the food I had stored. Save yourself the hassle—do not buy here.

Huge inventory, I was searching the Internet for a hard to find specific model TV and they had it. The young man who helped me, I think his name was Carlos, was super helpful even plugging in the TV to insure it worked. I'll be back.

Prices were the same as The non outlet stores. Best part of me vist. Salesmen didn't approach me or my friend. We made a circle through the store and left

Most of the store is occupied by dryers and refrigerators. Flat screen TVs mostly in boxes. Price tags show large discounts but not sure how pricing compares with other retail or online outlets. I didn't find any real bargains but will return when I know what I'm looking for and how much it sells for elsewhere.
