They have a very diverse staff and all of them were so very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I have bought several major applications from them and will be returning. I will be referring everyone I know to them and people I don't.

I lost my wallet in the store yesterday and I’m very grateful for DAN who happened to pick it up and put it away for me until I was able to come by and pick it up. Best Buy needs to give this man a raise for being an honest man!!! Thank you DAN for being a decent human.
You're better off going to Costco or Home Depot to purchase a refrigerator. This place has the worst customer service including the manager. Most of the young staff just stands there and talks to each other. When you ask him a question they all appear to be bothered. I ended up purchasing a refrigerator but then hours later I cancelled online and got a refund because I did not want to return to the store for a third time. You don't actually save a lot of money when you have to add in a separate haul fee, a installation fee and delivery fee and personal aggravation stress fee. They don't tell you this upfront. No one will pick up the phone either when you call.
