I am very happy with my purchases here only thing is that we waited for almost an hour to get someone to actually help us with the second purchase. We were in the store for a dishwasher and a stove. There was promotions online with an open box to receive a $150 dollar gift card when buying a stove and a $50 gift when buying a dishwasher. Again we purchased both items and they did not give us the $150 card only the $50 one. I told the supervisor that was there that we should have received a gift card of $150 also I proved to her online if I would have checked out it was there and was even mentioned by one of the employees when purchasing. She refused to give me the Best Buy gift card of $150 I thought it was super unprofessional especially that we drove an hour.

I lost my wallet in the store yesterday and I’m very grateful for DAN who happened to pick it up and put it away for me until I was able to come by and pick it up. Best Buy needs to give this man a raise for being an honest man!!! Thank you DAN for being a decent human.

You're better off going to Costco or Home Depot to purchase a refrigerator. This place has the worst customer service including the manager. Most of the young staff just stands there and talks to each other. When you ask him a question they all appear to be bothered. I ended up purchasing a refrigerator but then hours later I cancelled online and got a refund because I did not want to return to the store for a third time. You don't actually save a lot of money when you have to add in a separate haul fee, a installation fee and delivery fee and personal aggravation stress fee. They don't tell you this upfront. No one will pick up the phone either when you call.
