Best buy auto signs you up for their yearly membership for Best buy plus even when you state you don't want any extras added to your order. Then a year later they steal 50 dollars out of your account and have to call in to get it canceled. Then you must wait 7 to 10 days to get your money back they stole fraudulently
The service was good. But sadly it looks like Best Buy has its days numbered. Very few customers and a store that looks like they are having a clearance sale.

Went in to buy a laptop and was told they ship it and it would be here on 2/18. 2/18 is here and no emails or order updates since I was in the store. Come to find out after their online customer support 1st lied to me about the order being in process, 2nd one said they transfer me and no one picked up and the 3rd finally tells me there was never a shipment scheduled even though I have a paper with the shipment info. So now I have to go in to the store again to hopefully get the laptop. Will keep you updated on if they can even handle that. Would not suggest ordering a laptop to ship from this store. Only get in store laptops.

Awesome experience! Derrick was my salesperson, he was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient! Then there was Ken who was the delivery person and installer. He also was exceptional! He explained everything took his time, did everything right, so that when he left I knew I'd be able to handle the different remotes which I am.
