The staff here have always been incredible and the company in general has always treated me very well. The two issues that I have had in the past decade have both ended with a satisfactory resolution. My only real qualm is the fact that, to my knowledge, it is literally impossible to reach the physical store on the phone, at least not by any publicly available numbers. My understanding is this is a company wide policy now due to the excessive amount of time employees were spending answering questions about stock that could be answered from the website. That being said, the degree of support you can get in the store is orders of magnitude better than the phone support (at least it is here), and I feel for those who are house bound or have limited mobility and making an extra trip is a genuine burden. Some sort of screening as opposed to full on rejection of outside calls seems like the more practical and compassionate solution. But I digress, that's not on this store... Just changed my review from 4 back to 5 on that count. This store specifically is incredible and I would recommend to anyone.
