Outstanding service all around and the young man that helped with my stove purchase was tops!! He made things clear and we worked quickly through the sale. I am so pleased. I love Best Buy!!

I brought my computer into the geek squad because it was dead as a door nail. Alex the tech spent took me at my scheduled time and spent almost an hour with me any my computer - assessing the battery, the operating system, patiently letting it run through all of its updates, etc. He determined that the problem was actually the power cord. He showed me what kind of cord I needed and then, surprisingly, did not charge me anything for the diagnostics or his time. Was extremely impressed with the service and a very happy camper that my dead computer was revived! Thanks!

So sad. This Best Buy used to be a good store. Their associates were knowledgeable and they seem like they really care. On the few recent trips to this particular store in Wauwatosa, the lack of associates is really bad and the few ones working seem to be looking to avoid customers.
