Wasted time to travel here, the prices aren’t worth the travel. Looks like a good will for electronics that are used or damaged and $20 cheaper than the store … DONT believe the hype!

I came in on Saturday 9/13 and had the pleasure of working with Eliel. When I tell you he has the best customer service of any place I have been in years. He was amazing. Even though I didn’t get what I needed while there in the end he helped me way more than he will know. I was there almost 2 hours he never complained or seemed frustrated and I’m a difficult customer I know. Kudus to him. Also big shout out to both the managers I worked with Saturday and the store head one today. You have great customer service and I appreciate that.

Stay away from LG products. My dryer quit working and is still under warranty. I have been calling LG for a month to get someone to fix it. They keep coming up with excuses. I will never have another LG brand of appliance. They stink. I have had to wash my clothes and then load them up to take to the laundromat to dry them.

Great selection of dryers at great prices. Being an open box outlet I’m sure the selection varies but I was pleasantly surprised with the selection. Sales associate Shelby was so very friendly and helpful. Not only did she help me get in and out in less than 20 minutes but she took my needs into consideration and actually recommended a slightly less expensive dryer because I didn’t have needs for the bells and whistles on the more expensive one
