MK is the best! There were three of us asking her about a laptop and she was able to listen to each of us and then identify and direct us toward an answer. She then threw out a few extra points for us to consider and showed exactly what we were looking for. Some people just have that extra bit of natural customer helpfulness and MK certainly does!
