Best Buy Kennesaw Outlet

The staff was very friendly. I never knew that a Best Buy outlet existed in Georgia, but now that I know I plan to come back. It was worth the hour drive.

Be careful buying from the outlet store. There is no way to reach them if you have an issue outside of going back to the store. Additionally, the item I purchased - an Insignia wine cooler - was missing a door handle, even though it was listed in "Good" condition. The store representative talked to someone in the warehouse to try and locate the handle but was unsuccessful. He was going to have that person order a replacement to be sent to me but the order was not placed. All Best Buy representatives that I spoke with were all outside of the store because there is no way to reach the store - per multiple reps - without physically going back there. The discounts for the outlet store may not be worth the hassle of dealing with Best Buy to get any issues resolved.

Definitely found what I was looking for at the price. I was looking for it if you don't mind a scratch, poor little dent, then you're in the right, place

Unorganized....not much for customer service....but there were some people searching for a deal.... I'll return in the morning....maybe better luck
