Purchased an "open box" dryer in "Good" condition online, sight unseen, from this store, and made the mistake of not thoroughly inspecting it before picking it up. Dryer was clearly "used": lint in lint trap, hair from previous owner, and despite the "Good" quality description I think it more met the description for "Fair." Best Buy's website describes "used" units as being cleaned and refurbished, which this unit definitely was not.
If buying a unit from this location online, DON'T trust the condition description. Go in person to see it before purchasing it.
Two stars for A) deceptive condition description on website, and B) calls to Best Buy customer support on the issue were unsatisfactory (multiple calls dropped, promised call backs not followed through on, etc.)

Great place to find gems At a great price!
Although I have gotten an appliance from there before with no issue, I was very disappointed with my experience today purchasing a television. I purchased a new “open box” television in “good” condition. I received an email confirming that my order was ready for pick up. I drove almost one hour and borrowed a car to pick up the large television. When I arrived the television screen was VERY CLEARLY damaged. The screen was so damaged that you could see the damage when the television was off!! I took pictures of the extensive damage. I don’t understand why this clearly broken television was being sold as new. When the order was prepared for pick up no one even looked at the television for damage. Again the damage was as clear as day. An Absolute waste of customer time. I was only offered a refund with 0 apology or offer to make this right. I would have gladly taken the offer for an eventual replacement but again no offer to make this right whatsoever. I was shocked at the last of professionalism.
