I walked in this store after I got off work at 5:30pm looking for a television. When I walked in all the staff which was about 10 people were standing behind the counter. I asked for assistance and was told I need to stand in line to be helped. There was 1 person in line checking out. That didn’t make sense to have to stand in line for assistance when the staff was all playing on their phones. So I asked the warehouse guy who was really nice about it to just let me know a few prices. He gladly assisted me but was told to hurry up by the manager. After he left I had an additional question so I stopped the manager who was immediately rude and stated he was too busy to help and that if I need help I need to get in line like I was previously told because they close at 6 and he is leaving at 6. He went on to say the warehouse guy was more than accommodating to you so if want to buy something like I said you need to get in line. As a customer service worker myself I understand being in a crunch but you never take your frustration out on a customer. That guy needs customer service training.

Worst custome service i have ever had. Trying to find out the prices of items and I was told I would have to bring up several tvs to the front for someone to then go back to the TV section just to let me know what the prices were. There were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. Bestbuy used to be a great place, but now its horrible.
