They made us wait 10-15 minutes for a pickup of an "open box excellent" speaker system, just for it to be brought out missing the power cord, remote, and subwoofer, covered with residue and tape. Just told that we could pick it up and return it tomorrow???? How did no one notice that this was not in even good condition when it was picked up? We drove an hour out of our way to leave with a waste of time and nothing to show for it
