This is the WORST company I have ever tried to work with. They delivered our microwave and forgot the installation kit 4 weeks ago. they scheduled the installation 4 times on which I had to take off work. AND-NEVER SHOWED!!! We were promised by Josh the geek squad manager and Samir at Best Buy Outlet that this would
be taken care of today, and they just told me we weren’t even on the schedule. NO Respect for peoples time. Done with Best Buy on the way to Lowe’s.

This is the place to save money. Must of the appliances and electronics are still new . Just got a $2000 75 inch for 800. Make sure to check the computer and small electronics section. You can check online for items . But go in-person if you can
Product lost and no clue on refund, thebestbuy staffon phone say to go in person to store. Avoid.
Update; they found the item, and are now trying to set up delivery. Terrible experience, no communication between these separate "vendors".
