went in today planning to spend about $1,000 on a new microwave and TV, but I walked out empty-handed. The customer service was non-existent. There were several sales associates on the floor, but they were all huddled up talking to each other and seemingly ignored customers waiting for help. To make matters worse, many of the items on the floor were missing price tags entirely. The prices I actually did manage to find were definitely not what I would consider "outlet" or clearance deals. If you are looking for helpful service or actual bargains, don't waste your time at this location.

Save yourself the time and go to a regular best buy. The risk of buying an open box should have a reward, in this case a deal worth buying an open box. This place is where deals go to die
