Lots of appliances, but if you are looking for small electronics, it's hit or miss.

What should have been a fun and hassle free experience became a nightmare. We purchased a broken fridge from Best Buy after taking it home ourselves. They promised us a brand new fridge but made us return the broken one and did not offer to pick it up. They did not honor the new fridge and delivered an open box that we chose in store and upon delivery there was significant damage that was not present in store. In sum, went through two refrigerators, lost two days of my life, and was offered compensation in the form of a $17 Best Buy gift card. UPDATE: Spoke with a customer support manager and he told me that I was not entitled to ANY compensation after I had been promised a $100 gift card. This was because the fridge I purchased was "as is" even though best buy had changed the compressor out and did it wrong, contaminating the unit. He literally told me I should have checked the unit before buying it...which would have required me unscrewing the back plate in the middle of the store. Then he said I should have asked to have it plugged in to see that it was working even though it takes a couple of hours before you can feel any cold. Worst experience of my life.
