There's a reason why Best Buy is no longer the Best Buy of yesterday. The employees there hate their job and are just there waiting for something better.

Second time I've visited the store and I worked primarily with Casey but anyone else I spoke to was awesome.
I always check other reviews before posting mine and there's a one star review because he found a good price elsewhere. Dumb review. Good for him.
I think people are forgetting they are buying a used product and possibly one with damage. It's also typically at phenomenal price.
Then, if something goes a little wrong they expect small business support that revolves around them and them only. Get real. It's a big corporate company and there's so many rules and policies that might hinder your service. DID YOU FORGET YOU BOUGHT A USED PRODUCT AT A GREAT PRICE? There's a give and take to everything, why don't you just buy new? Oh you need the price...
I'm so sick of people using these reviews to vent their pent up frustrations. Have reasonable expectations and treat the staff nice. They've been nothing but awesome to me. I'm great to them. Funny how I just don't run into many issues almost anywhere treating people well. It's probably just a coincidence.
I got a TV and a party speaker at prices that are super tough to match. I even had to rent a uhaul to return a get a different TV once. I survived 😂
