Hats off to the manager, Mr. Bernard Dimeler and Mustufa (Geek Squad Ambassador). Mustufa takes his career seriously and thoroughly diagnosed and resolved my new HP desktop concerns within 20 minutes with the assistance and support of his store manager, Mr. Dimeler.
Mr Dimeler should be the example for other BEST BUY managers especially the Columbia Maryland location where they are dismissive, lack effort, and present zero initiative or knowledge!!!

Adan helped me yesterday and he was very professional, prompt, and knew exactly what I needed and where it was. He is the type of people you hire for sure 👍🏼. Give the guy a raise !
