I visited the store and it’s definitely huge, with a lot of space and many products on display. However, the variety wasn’t as big as I expected. It felt like many of the items were repeated in different sections rather than offering a wider selection. Still, it’s an impressive store in terms of size.
Great service. Associate was able to walk me right to what I had asked.great knowledge.
Best buy Manassas has been closed for 2 weeks for a Sprinkler system issue but every time I call they say it's open but when I get there it's a sign on the door saying it's closed........get it together best buy and keep us properly updated
@Best Buy Outlet – Manassas, can someone explain this policy?
A few years ago we bought a dishwasher from this location. When the delivery team arrived and pulled it out to install it, they immediately saw the back of the machine was completely busted. It was never installable. Because the appliances are lined up in the store, you can’t see the back damage when you buy it.
We returned it, but were still charged the $100 delivery fee — even though the appliance was broken.
Fast forward to this week. My washing machine failed, and I decided to give the outlet another chance.
The washer that was delivered is also broken.
And once again, we’re being told we still have to pay the delivery fee — even though the product doesn’t work.
Help me understand how that makes sense. If a store delivers a product that cannot function as sold, why is the customer responsible for paying delivery for a defective item?
To put it another way: if someone sold me a fountain statue and charged $100 to deliver it, but when it arrived the fountain didn’t work at all, I’d return the statue — but I wouldn’t expect to pay for the privilege of receiving a broken product.
Two separate purchases, years apart, same outcome.
Is this actually Best Buy’s policy?
