Dish washer posted as "excellent." Brought home. It does not work! Scam. What do they mean by "excellent"? Best Buy states publicly what they did not even test and check?
For return, their website says your need to bring your credit card. I called to ask why it is necessary since all other stores just reverse the transaction. A service rep with a strong accent kept telling me and started arguing with me. I wanted to speak with a manager or supervisor, and the rep asked the reason why and was not able to forward the call or ask them to come to the phone. The rep did not identify himself with any other info but the first common name. Overall, this experience with Best Buy has been horrible.
